Was out of town when our furnace failed. They were able to determine that we needed to replace our existing furnace. Their service was amazing. I had a new furnace within days. Everyone from the office, to the service department, to the installers were so helpful. They treated me like family. We are very pleased and thankful.

The initial estimate inspection was more thorough than any other vendor. While slightly more expensive than others it was the completeness of the estimate that sold us. Due to city regulations, it was necessary to move existing venting and cut through the basement wall for venting. All of that was done to perfection. We used them before for our winter furnace inspection and they were excellent so that is probably the main reason for choosing them can't beat a good experience!

Within the first month, I have had three service calls. And frankly, I have suspicions that the boiler was plumbed in with the wrong sized (too narrow) water supply pipe. After giving up an old, inefficient boiler I have purchased one that is not living up to the promises made to me after a significant investment.

My previous furnace had failed. Aladdin completed the installation of my new furnace in one day and temporarily connected power so it would function. Aladdin arranged for an electrician to come the next day and complete the electrical work.

We were extremely pleased with the installation and how the work was carried out by the installers. At all times during the day they provided feedback on the progress and resolved any problems competently.

Amy told me over the phone Aladdin could do "everything" and she was correct. A tech came for an inspection and frankly detailed how our steam boiler was "on its last legs". The highly experienced installation crew got right to work and it was a big job with unexpected challenges in our 100 year old home, but they solved it all and we ended up with a beautiful installation. I even painted the basement floor to compliment the new boiler, complete with insulated pipes. My husband, who controls the thermostat, claims the new boiler is more efficient, providing more heat at the same temperature than the old one did. Aladdin ensures customers are properly trained to maintain their investment to guarantee maximum equipment life and performance.

Both of the installers were so friendly and polite. They did a GREAT job and explained everything to us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aladdin.

Our 23 year old ac was on its last legs so we scheduled Aladdin to come and give us an estimate. They were very professional as always and have been our HVAC company for years They did not pushing high end units but sizing and selecting what made sense for Michigan and our house. We selected a 3.5 ton single stage Carrier ac and could not be happier as it cools great and is more efficient then the old Lenox unit! Aladdin is an honest, excellent company for sure!

We have been working with Aladdin Heating and cooling in Michigan for the past 30 years. June 2020 was the hottest on record. We had returned from a vacation only to find our air conditioner blower is not working. We attempted some things here in the house and finally called Aladdin after a few days. A week later they sent a man out. All he did was give us a tuneup on our AC. The air conditioner worked two days. We called them again then it was three days they came out. But we did have to complain. Two men came out and they diagnose the problem as a calcified motherboard. Our AC had Freon and was working OK if the board was good. Because our AC was 18 years old we chose to just include getting a new AC at that time. Meanwhile we were in over 90° weather, in a condominium, without very good ventilation. Both of us are in our 70s and it was excruciating. They did send out a salesman after they diagnosed the problem two days later. He went over options and we chose the motherboard and a new AC. He told us he couldn't get installed until July 9 which was three weeks later. I called on July 3rd To make sure we were on the schedule for the next week. I was put on hold and the woman at the desk came back and said they would install on Tuesday, July 7 did I want morning or afternoon. I wanted morning because I really hadn't slept for a month with all of the heat at night and heat in the day. The next Tuesday came July 7, and we waited and waited and finally called and we're given the runaround. They said there was a mistake that she should never have scheduled it. I was told they would be there on Thursday. I told ahead of installation which resulted in a 45 minute conversation and three phone calls that couldn't they just come out and put the motherboard in since our AC work and we were just replacing it because it was so old. He finally apologized after 45 minutes and sent a person out to deliver the motherboard and then had a technician come and install it. The technician was the one who diagnosed the problem. He was so apologetic that we had to wait that long because they had the motherboard all along and we could have not suffered like we did. What we think is that they didn't want to install the motherboard because we might back out of the new air conditioner. They also have very poor internal communications. Yes I know they were very very busy. However we talked to many many people during this whole time who were able to get new air\-conditioning units within a week at most two weeks. We went 33 days.

Installers were professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend Aladdin to others.
