I had no problems with their know how or their service. The problem is that they sold me one unit and installed a lesser unit without telling me. Normally I could deal with that, but they also want the same payment. It seems like they were trying to "pull a fast one." Now that I have confronted them about it, they claim that the lesser unit costs only $11 less. I know better than that...
