Air Conditioner Repair & Service

I did not receive a contract prior to service work because the model I wanted was not available and the one I have is, supposedly "better" and costs "just a little bit more... I can discount it a little"

I had no problems with their know how or their service. The problem is that they sold me one unit and installed a lesser unit without telling me. Normally I could deal with that, but they also want the same payment. It seems like they were trying to "pull a fast one." Now that I have confronted them about it, they claim that the lesser unit costs only $11 less. I know better than that...

The men who came had a few issues getting the old furnace out and had to do more to get the new unit in. They did a great job and left the entry room clean and neat.

Sheren did a great job from sales to install

Friendly, efficient, top quality service. In addition to installation of the new Carrier furnace, the Sheren team had to redo the duct and return air work under very challenging conditions due to the limited attic space.

The Sheren installation team of John and Todd were excellent. Both were extremely professional and experienced. They were very helpful in explaining how the system works and completed the job in the specified time. I would highly recommend Sheren for an air conditioning installation.

Don Kastenschmidt responded the same day to our request for a furnace replacement. We were impressed by his analysis and rationale for his recommendation of product. His estimate was $500 lower than our other bid, and installation was a week sooner. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, thoughtful, and efficient, leaving the area clean and providing a very refined installation \- fit and finish as well as function. We could not be happier, and give Sheren our highest recommendation!

At one point we had 3 men on site dealing with electrical, furnace install and A/C install. Our 34 year old furnace is gone along with all the window A/C units.

This was a replacement of a furnace that was originally put in my home by Sheren Plumbing and Heating 34 years ago. They were prompt and got the job done when they said they would also cleaned it all up when finished
