installer was very nice and helpful

Only issue would be that they didn't have the thermostat to replace with them, and had to come back the next day. They hooked up a temporary one to cover my needs in the meantime.

Dave was very professional and courteous. Also, very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and showed me how to use my new appliances. Cleaned up after work was done. I would definitely use Classic again. Thank you.

Classic's communications are always informative. Over the years, I have developed a relationship of trust with them. For this furnace replacement experience, from my call initiation to job completion approximately 3 hours to complete. This type of service is more the exception than the rule. Also, they submitted the warranty registration on my behalf and just emailed me a PDF of it. One word ... Wow! Thank you, Dave \& Barb.

We had a service rep come out to work on our 20 year old furnace. After a temporary fix we decided to replace with a new Carrier unit. We made an agreement by phone with the promise of a contract to be emailed to us for signing. It never happened. After a couple of days we called again and the office manager found the contract and emailed to us with a promise that the salesman would call. We got the email but the salesman never called. We had questions on the contract and when we called again we did not get the answers but found out we were scheduled for an install WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW! We had extra charges and had to pay cash or check. The work that was done was excellent and the installers were great. They just need to work on customer service.
