Doty kept my old furnace running through last winter so I could wait to replace it. From the office staff, repair staff and installation they have been courteous, helpful and professional. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Excellent customer service. We've been customers of Doty Mechanical since they installed our Carrier furnace over ten years ago. They've never let us down, Doty Mechanical just installed a replacement air conditioner (July 2023) and we are totally pleased with the installation. The sales person and service technicians were friendly, but very professional.

Dealer was expedient and through with removal and installation of our complete HVAC system. It operates so quiet and expect to see a reduce operating cost from the new system.

Great crew for installation, very careful with carpet and tracking in when needing to make trips in and out of the house. Thorough with details and follow up. One criticism: the Carrier Equipment certificate should be made out in the name of the person who contacted the dealer, the party that was present for the installation and paid for the product, not assumed that the husband is the one listed as certificate holder.

We needed a new furnace and A/C unit so I did some research and heard, and read, good things about the Doty company. Their sales rep.Pete came out and I was immediately pleased. He is honest, knowledgeable and straight forward. He also kept me informed of the status of the installation schedule. Darren and Brennen did the install and they were easy to have around. The were respectful of our home and yard and worked hard both days. We knew the installation was going to take two days during a hot week so we planned on not having our A/C available for one night. Darren let us know right away that they would have our A/C up and running by the end of the first day even if they were using temporary duct work. As it turns out they we had A/C by mid afternoon the first day and the duct work was complete. Our venting requirements were challenging, not because of Doty but because of our house construction. Darren kept me informed and we ended up with a nice system. I will definitely use Doty again and Pete, Darren and Brennen are welcome here any time!

Due to the age of our existing furnace (22 years) and a cracked heat exchanger, we purchased a new Carrier furnace with humidifier from Doty Mechanical in Lansing, MI. Installation was smooth and efficient and the installers were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. As of this review, the furnace is working great. I will know more about the actual savings after this Winter. I will compare last year's bills to this year's.
