Taylor, in the office, was very helpful with explaining and helping me complete paperwork for financial assistance programs. The installers were very efficient putting in the new furnace. The temperature in my home only dropped a few degrees! The difference between the old and new was explained, along with the maintenance schedule, in an understandable manner.
