Replacement of AC and furnace. Very professional from the quote, all the way done to the installation. They do a precise job, there is not cutting corners or last minute surprise. They will advise for the best and they are very reasonable as pricing. I would hire them again no problem.

Our furnace failed during record low, single digit temperatures. Kentwood managed to persuade the old furnace to limp along until they could install a new one two days later. It was a lifesaver!

The installer took the time at estimate stage to really figure out what we needed and how to do it correctly, which is not easy in our old home. Then, when they realized something was not done correctly, they came out to fix it taking almost another 2 days with no extra charge of course. I feel the installation was done in a very competent manner. The only issue, which is somewhat minor, is the scheduling, we'd often not know when someone was coming until the day before. Things change and I know its hard, but especially now when we are all working from home, it's better to be able to plan more ahead for these types of things.

Very well trained and competent technicians, who are very willing to engage with the customer, answer questions and address concerns. Even though power was lost about half way through the install due to a storm, the guys pressed on with flashlights in a darkened basement mechanical room to complete the install. Impressive perseverance.
