Outstanding installation!

On a holiday week on a Monday we ordered installation and was installed on the day after thanksgiving. Installation took a little over half a day and I was instructed as to the operation of the new system.

The two technicians that did the install were extremely knowledgeable about the furnace/AC units and I felt like I was in very good hands. (My furnace and AC units were quite old and I have never been involved with a replacement before....).

Done in one day

The two worked good together and got the job done in one day

I had them come out initially to address a loud noise issue during the furnace ignition process . The mechanic diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. I also had them come out for the installation of a replacement humidifier. The mechanic and his partner installed the unit promptly, explained how it functions, and showed me how to do the basic maintenance. The office is also very responsive when setting up appointments and letting you know via text and email when the mechanic will be arriving. My current furnace is 18 years and I will definitely be buying new from Mechanical Heating \& Cooling when necessary.
