I had them come out initially to address a loud noise issue during the furnace ignition process . The mechanic diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. I also had them come out for the installation of a replacement humidifier. The mechanic and his partner installed the unit promptly, explained how it functions, and showed me how to do the basic maintenance. The office is also very responsive when setting up appointments and letting you know via text and email when the mechanic will be arriving. My current furnace is 18 years and I will definitely be buying new from Mechanical Heating \& Cooling when necessary.
