Cody and Wes were great to work with. Both expressed pride in their training from Carrier. They spent a lot of time explaining how the system worked and shared details of the steps they were taking during the installation. They completed the HVAC installation in one day from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The system is very quiet. The thermostat controls are intuitive and attractive design.

Great to see that there are still some local companies with integrity \& good service. Comfort Air is the best local HVAC around.

Comfort Air was very responsive to our furnace outage Christmas Eve. While the furnace needed to be shut down, the technicians expertise was reassuring. The company was very communicative and persistent in pursuing a replacement. While we were disappointed in the shortage of Carrier furnace availability, we were thankful to receive our expertly installed Bryant furnace.
