Hecox staff are a pleasure to work with. They are efficient, professional, and responsible.

Hecox was great. There was a small delay in getting one of the parts but we still got it installed well before summer. They finished in less than a day.

We had HECOX replace a boiler and hot water heater in a rental property we own. Their service was outstanding: installation was smooth, crew arrived on time, replaced both units as well as setting a liner in the chimney for exhaust from both units, left property clean and tidy. Gayle and Martin were a joy to work with, as well as the crew who did the installs. When the furnace in our house went south several days ago, there was no question but that Hecox would do the install of the new. Eli, Alex, and the crew that did the install did excellent work. Nicole in the office set up the appointment as well as setting the appointments for the inspections from the State of Maryland and WSSC. What I appreciated were the messages regarding the one\-hour window in which the crews would arrive and any texts if the crew was running late. We have Hecox do the routine maintenance for our furnace and heat pump as well as the boiler in our rental, in Spring and Fall. Same great service and customer care. Could not ask for any better than Hecox.

Hecox technician corrected previous furnace installation issue with air intake and furnace exhaust piping. I feel confident that my new furnace was installed very well and will hopefully have few issues in the future. From the first exploratory visit, to the detailed proposal that reflected all our requests, to the actual installation, we could not have asked for better treatment. At every step we felt confident that we were dealing with a company with integrity that insisted on doing quality work and that respected its customers.

Smooth HVAC install and no start\-up issues. Quoted humidifier could not be installed due to Carrier discontinued the proposed coil and location of existing water heater. Subsequent water heater relocation was priced by others at $1,000.

Martin and the team were truly exceptional. We had used them for repairs of our old system and they earned our trust by not selling us services we didn't need \-\- or charging us for trips to fix something again. So we asked them to quote this major new system job, and they were a class act from bid to install: candid recommendations of which systems would be better for us, what we didn't need, etc. The install team were the most polite and friendliest bunch of guys we've met in any context in a long time. They even loved our obnoxious dogs! Easy to work with, would trust them with the keys to my house any day, and quick and efficient workers who cleaned up not only after themselves, but also after the other contractors working in the house at the same time. Can't say enough good things about Hecox.

Hecox sent a knowledgeable technician to quote, answered my many questions in the quoting process, rescheduled when the weather conditions were unsafe for the rooftop installation rather than putting their staff at risk, modified the install on the fly to fit space available and were extremely tidy. The staff are professional, know what they are talking about and don't try to "sell" you. They lay out the facts, options, and costs and let the customer make an informed decision.
