I was disappointed with Carrier and the management of the defective Unit we had installed 2024. Two units were purchased. The one Unit that failed after multiple service visits should have been replaced outright by Carrier and not modified to make it functional. The problem was a known problem that could not be resolved. Modifying a brand-new unit to make it work should not have been the fix. The delay in response and correction of the issue left me questioning Carrier. Service from TN Bowes was admirable but the push to acquire a new unit would instead of multiple unsuccessful attempts at fixing a brand-new unit.

The installation team arrived on time, removed the old system and installed the new one within the scheduled time. The installation team took the time to show me how the new thermistat works along with the app for my phone. The overall experience could not have been better!

Install techs did NOT wear protective booties with entering home, did NOT take the time and effort to explain operation of, or any of user\-interface controls on new unit, did NOT touch base with home owner before leaving to ensure all / any concerns were resolved.

Despite it being an extremely hot day, the workers who installed my new system were courteous, answered all my questions and made sure everything was set\-up and working properly. Very professional.

For our new construction T. N. Bowes provided HVAC options and recommendations that for our budget and met our needs without pressure to overbuild or over design. We were extremely satisfied and would recommend them for others particularly during new residential construction.

Purchase and installation of the system could not have been easier. The TN Bowes rep, Eric, explained the features of the various models and helped us set up 5 year no interest financing from Well\-Fargo. Installers showed on time the morning of the scheduled installation and were done and out by mid\-afternoon. We're very satisfied so far with the new system.

New Carrier HVAC system

This was an installation to replace an aging and failing heat pump. All work was done professionally. The installers were very courteous, thorough and obviously well trained for the job. All parts of the old heat pump were removed efficiently. The quality of the work (removal of old unit and installation of the new one) was excellent and the work areas were left in an exceptionally clean condition.

T.N. Bowes initially installed our air conditioner and furnace when our house was built. We have maintained a service contract with this company for 17 years. In that time T.N. Bowes has given us excellent and prompt service. I was dreading the installation of the new air conditioner and furnace because we were experiencing temperatures of 95 degrees and I was concerned how long we would be without air conditioning. However to our relief our new air conditioner and furnace were operational by late afternoon. After the instillation was completed the technicians left their work area spotless. We highly recommend T.N. Bowes for service, knowledge and equipment.

great techs, AC down only 8 hrs. thermostat was a rather scary change for an 80 yr old widower. I will get through it

The two gentleman that came to perform the removal and installation of the AC condensor and coil were professional and on\-time. They did a great job leveling the unit outside and installing the coil inside and without household interruption. Cleaned up their workspaces, came and left left when they said they would. Great overall experience.

After 12 years, it was time to get a new A/C system. We turned to TN Bowes, the company that installed the original A/C system when our house was first built. They have always provided excellent service for our old system. We got a new Carrier A/C system, it was successfully installed by the TN Bowes technicians, and we love it. Highly recommend TN Bowes for any HVAC needs\-\-we have been very satisfied customers for over 12 years and will continue to be their satisfied customers.

Installer did a fantastic job removing and replacing a 16 year old system with a new replacement. Efficient, effective and through job. The install was a professional install with everything properly marked, affixed and cleanly installed. I was very impressed and hope I get another 16+ years out of this replacement system.
