After the equipment was installed, the owner found some discrepancies with the installation. The dealer returned and corrected those discrepancies. They also returned to replace a defective part and had do do some recalibrations. The dealer also had to return several times to deal with system error codes but after several visits, they eventually corrected the problem. Dealer staff and technicians were always friendly and professional.

I was disappointed with Carrier and the management of the defective Unit we had installed 2024. Two units were purchased. The one Unit that failed after multiple service visits should have been replaced outright by Carrier and not modified to make it functional. The problem was a known problem that could not be resolved. Modifying a brand-new unit to make it work should not have been the fix. The delay in response and correction of the issue left me questioning Carrier. Service from TN Bowes was admirable but the push to acquire a new unit would instead of multiple unsuccessful attempts at fixing a brand-new unit.

The TN Bowes team were awesome to work with. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty, and hard work ethic. They were fair, answered my questions, and presented me with a variety of options and recommendations. Once we decided on a plan they executed it on schedule. They sent a senior sales representative out who was a highly experienced HVAC technician himself. He arranged 0% financing and even credited me for the initial service call which determined my 17 year old heat pump was beyond economical repair. The installation team arrived on time, removed the old system and installed the new one within the scheduled time. The installation team took the time to show me how the new thermistat works along with the app for my phone. The overall experience could not have been better!

Bowes has given us excellent and prompt service. I was dreading the installation of the new air conditioner and furnace because we were experiencing temperatures of 95 degrees and I was concerned how long we would be without air conditioning. However to our relief our new air conditioner and furnace were operational by late afternoon. After the instillation was completed the technicians left their work area spotless. We highly recommend T.N. Bowes for service, knowledge and equipment.
