Installation of split system in 3 season room was neat, professional and showed above average expertise. They managed to spare all shrubs outside and the connection looks unobtrusive. Inside was well \- placed. All debris was cleaned up. Very nice work.

We recently chose Comfort Plus Services to install a new Carrier heat pump/ac unit. We have been very pleased with the level of service before, during, and after the installation. When our original unit stopped running, our service tech, Reggie, was at our house to diagnose the problem within 3 hours. By the next business day, our sales rep, Brendan had provided us with Carrier equipment and payment options. The installation crew, Shawn, Leroy, Terrance, Marcus, and Kipp worked for nearly two days in our crawl space in 90 degree heat to make sure that we would have a comfortable home. Two follow\-up calls were handled immediately. From the office and sales staff, to the service and installation crews, everyone that we?ve come into contact with at Comfort Plus is a knowledgeable professional who is dedicated to making their customers happy ? and, they always return phone calls and show up on time! Installed new HVAC system. Job was scheduled for 2 days due to perceived access problems. Techs were able to come up with a plan that circumvented the access problems. The job was completed in about 7.5 hours of day one. Excellent service and I am very pleased with the product.

Shawn , Marcus , and Jeff all did a great job installing Carrier central air in our house. They were very professional and quick but thorough. The system is well designed and works great, cools evenly and is so quiet that it can't be heard when it is on.

Terrence, Rusty and Kip came to my home on time to install my new furnace. They told me a time that they would be finished and they kept me up to date during the day on the progress of the install. I was able to return to work and after they completed the job they called me and told me they would turn off the lights and lock the house. They cleaned everything up and it was a great experience. I returned to the house the next day and noticed the air conditioner would not turn off, I contacted Comfort Plus and they came right out and corrected the problem. I continue to have a good customer relationship with this company. A+

They were very professional, knew what they were doing and completed the job quickly. The unit is very efficient, quiet and I am looking forward to having air conditioning in that room this summer. I am planning on hiring them again very soon to change out another ductless unit.

Just had 2 new ac and furnace units installed by Leroy and Marcus and they did a fantastic job I never had to worry when it comes to Comfort Plus. They always get the job done.

When my original Carrier system upstairs needed to be replaced after 19 years of service there was no doubt that I would choose the Carrier brand again. Comfort Plus Services did a great job and were a pleasure to do business with, a very professional company.

The product is doing good so far. Installation went well they were very knowledgeable and quick with the process. They even entertained my 3 year old daughter questions they have answered a few questions I have had since installation and were very quick in replying. overall I happy with the finished product.

Brendon, the sales rep was kind, and knowledgable about the products. William, Terrance, and Kip worked skillfully and smoothly to do an install that was clean, and made almost no impact on the home, with thoughtful placement of hardware, registers, and returns so as to be both efficient and non\-intrusive.

The team installing my service was a combination of experienced and new people. The job took longer than expected. There were a number of issues to work through. Terrance, Leroy, and William were professional and knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to talk to. Terrance in particular was very diligent about job site maintenance, working hard and skillfully. Leroy was also very skilled and good to talk with. William also was good to deal with while working all the issues. The other new techs\-Marques, Kevin, and one other were all generally respectful of my home. All the issues and concerns I have were detailed in a letter to Comfort Plus as i think they could improve some processes.

We found out we needed to have our heater replaced. Although it was a surprise, we were given great information in order to decide what heater to purchase. We were given a tentative date of 3 weeks before it could be replaced. Since it was November, we had to quickly decide on alternative heat sources. Unfortunately, the kerosene heater that we had was old and would not light even after the batteries, wick, and kerosene were replaced. We were lucky that even though it was the day before Thanksgiving, we were not having dinner at our house for Thanksgiving. We ended up shopping on Black Friday for a heater. We found a nice ceramic heater which resembled a fireplace with very real looking flames. We also received a call the following week that they had a cancellation and would like to replace our heater. So we only had to wait a week instead of 3 weeks. My husband took off the day since he has a lot of vacation days. When I got home from work, the heater was installed and running. The house and floor were neat even though I know how dirty removing a heater can be. Overall it was a great experience.

The crew had everything out and the new in 2 days. Very professional job. Thanks to all. Bill
