Air Conditioner Repair & Service

Initially the main office was slow to respond to my inquiry about the job and after I got ahold of someone by phone they did not relay the information to the person who had done previous work at my house. After calling him directly, Guy Philemon responded quickly and prepared a quote. I found their online quoting system a little frustrating. The equipment and specification weren't exactly what I wanted but working directly with Guy was easy. He listened to and accommodated my specific installation concerns and requests and provide answers to my question throughout the process. He was very easy to work with. I'm guessing they are a little more expense than others but they didn't nickel and dime me (just got it all up front) and did a quality install.

Gary P Frank was very responsive and worked hard to find the right heat pump for our needs. They were timely an efficient with the installation as well.

Very very good. Knew their business

The installer did an excellent job. I had been warned that it might take them two days to replace both the furnace and the A/C; they sent a team of four men, however, and were able to complete the entire job in one day. The new furnace is working great. (Since it's now December, I won't be able to see how the new A/C works until the weather turns warm next spring.) I had a couple of questions for the team leader, and he was able to answer them to my satisfaction.

After the old heat pump which came with the house failed I called Gary P Frank to figure out what happened and whether it could be repaired. They sent a technician within a day who showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He determined that repair was not feasible, and within a day after a phone call to discuss options I received a quote for a replacement heat pump and air handler. The price quoted was fair, and the installation crew was at my house removing the old equipment and installing the new with two days of me signing the proposal. They worked quickly and did a great job, everything works well and the house cools much better than it did with the old system.
