We recently had Suburban replace an existing aged Carrier A/C system. The process of evaluating options was clear and informative. In the end we settled on an Infinity system based on the benefits and feature set. Suburban was able to schedule our install quickly and the install was professional. Suburban also addressed a warm zone. Since the install the system has performed flawlessly and the warm zone issue was resolved. The whole process from discussion to quote to scheduling to install was better than we expected. I highly recommend them.

Suburban HVAC, Inc. were great I had a broken furnace and they were able to help be very quickly so that I could have heat back in the house. Their installers showed up on time and was able to get the new furnace installed and tested in 1 day. I will use them again for all my service needs very professional.

Excellent service

They were nice people and overall did a good job of installing the system but: \- their project management wasn't the best and the job took longer \- it looks they didn't insulated the top part of the system well and I can feel hot air escaping

I can't say enough good things about this team. They were very responsive, got the job done on time and on budget and made me feel very comfortable having them in my home for a week.

Installation was a breeze for our humidifier. It took a while by phone, but I did get all my questions answered. It would be great if the company had a technical support number and a person available dedicated to the electronics. Using the thermostat is very complicated. The Carrier book is barebones.

Dealer, and all their employees, were excellent \- had zero issues with them. Issue was a defective fan motor on a brand new replacement central A/C which took over ten days to get replaced due to added testing at customer required by manafacture. Should have replaced the fan motor within two days and done the failure testing back at Carrier NOT at the customers (while leaving the customer without A/C for ten days!).
