We struggled quite bit with the need for spare parts that were unavailable for my furnace in a speedy way, after a month of waiting and the furnace finally having to be shut down for safety reasons, Pierce came up with a solution and their install team had a new furnace in my house in less than 48 hours. I give them big credit for coming thru in some of our coldest weather and in having access to my new furnace. I have called on Pierce several times in the past\-\-they always respond in a first class manner.

We decided to replace our old (25+ years) Carrier AC system before it decided it didn't want to work anymore. We got estimates for each of the three major AC manufacturers. Pierce offered a better system for less money than the others. They quickly answered our questions and the installation crew was courteous and professional, as well. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Professional and responsive in every way. I have dealt with Pierce for more than 25 years and they really know what they?re doing and how to satisfy their customers!

I can't separate expertise, solved problems and service. they don't mean anything in this context. I will say overall I am satisfied. my issues would be these: it took a very long time (weeks) from the diagnosis that I needed a new AC system to the time it was installed. (but it was hot August and you were busy; but I could have been kept better informed; communication was nonexistent.) also, I did not expect to be charged almost $400 for the serviced call, when the service call clearly resulted in the conclusion I would need a whole new unit, which I was contracting with Pierce to install. the unit and installation were expensive, which I understand. but I thought the service call cost would have been waived, at least except for the cost of the refrigerant/materials.

Ron Zona, VP, was most gracious to work with. We were very happy with the new installation. Ron is very accessible and professionally helpful
