Everything went smoothly

Furnace, coil, and condensing unit installed when promised and the price was very reasonable. Went with Lamco because they were local and everyone I talked too had positive things to say about them.

The installers were very polite, really knew what they were doing, and took pride in the quality of their work.

If you had to choose Lamco, I would recommend you must first do your homework to understand your problems before talking to Lamco. They are not customer oriented. My old Carrier furnace was frequently tripped off . Lamco diagnosed that having the high efficiency unit in an unconditioned artic greatly shorten the lifespan of heat exchanger. And oversized BTU caused the unit to overheat and shutdown. They suggested us to replace it with a mid\-efficiency system. Lamco salesman came to our house and evaluated our situation. He quoted us a new model of still high efficiency unit and its BTU even bigger than the current one. We would have to spend another \~$2000 to build an insulated box around the furnace for freeze protection. We had to initiate discussions with Lamco to find a proper solution to solve the problems. They were not responsive neither by phone nor emails, very hard to get hold on them. They quoted us for 1.5 to 2 days of work. The actual work was done in 6 hours. They promised in the contract to have a rebate of $200 for the unit. Now they told us we were not qualified anymore because we postponed the installation due to COVID holiday spikes and a lot of snows and ice on roof. We doubt if $200 was only to lure us to the deal. Due to COVID, we didn't want to shop around. Otherwise, there should be better dealers than Lamco for us.

We were replacing a 36 year\-old Carrier system. During sales proposal, Chris noted the original gas burner we were sold, was way too big for the property, and he recommended a smaller more efficient Carrier furnace (that carried a rebate, and qualified for a Mass Save zero % loan). We went with a same sized but more efficient A/C unit. During installation, Tyler noted several issues with original installation, suggested and reviewed install changes consistent with local code. The installation team was efficient, cleaned\-up any mess, and we were given a 10 minute walk\-through of the new system and all changes. Simply amazing! Highly recommend Laamco and Carrier! We have had a service contract with Laamco for our Carrier HVAC equipment for over 15 years. Just the best people, products and service!

Our 10\-year\-old heating system was leaking. LAMCO team provided and installed the replacement evaporator coil quickly. They were polite and performed a clean replacement.

Outstanding experience

LAMCO Systems of Tyngsboro have done all my updates for (2) Furnaces and (2) AC Units, and I couldn't be happier with the jobs. On time everyday, responsive to my questions and basically service with a smile!! Great Job!

Lamco Systems installed a new FHA system in my house a few years ago, and recently added A/C to the system. Very professional installation by a knowledgable HVAC team.

This is the 2nd time that we have used Lamco Systems for a central AC install. They are a small local business, but are top notch for customer service. Our AC install was not perfect with incompatible thermostats (ours) and the need for extra/upgraded electrical wiring. But, they handled it without a hitch and made adjustments on the installation day to complete the job as promised with no additional charges beyond the quote. Although there was an initial noted water accumulation issue in the overflow pan, they were prompt to return to fix the issue and make it right as part of the install. I would recommend them without hesitation.
