Southern Comfort is professional \& thorough. They replaced a Carrier part that was just 3 years old. I'm hoping I don't have to expect to put out $3000 for Carrier parts every few years. I was very disappointed with the quality and dependability of the previous replaced barely 5 year old part. Parts are bviously not made in America any longer.
