Our system malfunctioned on one of the hottest days of 2023. Pabst jumped into action! An employee arrived within a couple of hours to troubleshoot, and ultimately, we required replacement of our compressor and air handler, plus re\-wrapping existing ductwork. The crew who performed that job arrived on time, conducted themselves professionally and worked together very efficiently to get the job done. We recommend Pabst to everyone for all A/C and heating needs.

We had a great experience with Pabst Cooling. They are very prompt and professional. We have used Pabst since our home was built in 2002 and our original HVAC system was installed. After 21 years we needed a new AC unit. They were here to check it out less than 2 hours after we contacted them. We lost our AC unit due to Hurricane Ida. Call PABST Cooling from a personal recommendation. Professionalism and quick response from the first interaction. Quote sent in less than 20 minutes. New product, 5 Ton Carrier, delivered and installed within 48 hours. Once power was restored to our house, they said call so we can make sure the unit is calibrated. I called when we got electricity back and they came out within 15 minutes — very friendly and professional and done within 10 minutes. This is what service should be like. I highly recommend their services.

They are great. They come when they say they say they are coming and if there is a problem they are there usually that day or the next. Very honest and take time to explain how everything works or what they have to do to fix something. Would highly recommend them.
