I sent Polar Aire a message during a snow storm that my furnace was no longer working. Within a few minutes I had an appointment and their team was driving out to my house during the snow storm. A typical 30 minute drive was a 2 hour drive for them due to the storm. They investigated the issues with the furnace and the entire time, I was working in the next room. They were courteous of the noise and of my time. Both technicians were EXTREMELY friendly and informative. They were fine with me watching them work or letting them do their job while I was away. They suggested I get a replacement furnace due to the age of the unit. The manager in charge of estimating the work called me immediately to get out there (again during a snow storm) to make sure I had heat. Every single technician I worked with was excellent. The text communication was excellent. The comfort level with their expertise and professionalism was excellent. Could not have been happier.
