Bought this house 2 years ago. Had an old ac unit that was leaking coolant. Was told it would be cheaper to replace so we did. After it was replaced the new unit struggled. A tech came out and let us know there was a leak from installation and they fixed it. Very nice tech. A week later it was still struggling. The next tech who came out informed us that our unit was not the correct size for our house. The house had been added onto at some point and the unit was never upgraded. The tech said, “Sorry about that oversight.” Excuse me! My husband had asked multiple times before we bought the new unit if it was sized right and the owner said yes. The techs solution was for us to leave the house during the hottest part of each summer day to help the unit. We were also then told our duct work wasn’t sufficient either. These things should have been caught BEFORE we spent $13,000 on a new furnace and ac. Would not recommend them.

The team of men that came to do the job were absolutely terrific. Very kind, very courteous. They are also incredibly good at their job. The issue is they gave me their word that they would turn in my paperwork to receive the the rebate from NIPSCO. And that only did they never do this. I had been given the runaround about someone contacting me back multiple times and then eventually when I did get info that it wasn't done and tried to fill it out myself. So much time had gone by that the rebate was null and void. Very very disappointing since we spent so very much money with Siemer.

Siemer Heating and Cooling Home Solution Advisor Paul Vezmar is the reason we purchased from this company. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He worked with us and understood our needs. Our installation crew came out as scheduled, right on time \- Nick and Tyler were the best! They too were very professional and clearly very knowledgeable and took pride in their workmanship. They took care of our special request to locate our a/c where we needed it and it looks great! They had to remove the door where the air handler was located. After the install, the door was replaced and it looks as if the door was never removed. While having furnace serviced and cleaned; the service tech informed me I might need a new furnace as something he said about the flames being to large and would break down in the near future. Taking his word and to ere on the side of caution, I purchased a new furnace and had it installed. The furnace is smaller and the house doesn't feel as warm as the older furnace or keep the house warm longer, without having to operate the furnace at a higher temperature setting ( 4 degrees higher). I am not satisfied with this and I am going to be upset when my gas bill arrives. The reality is, was I sold a furnace I did not need ( was the furnace tech HONEST to me about the danger of needing a new furnace? ) Was I sold a furnace TO SMALL for the size of my house? I bought my previous furnace from this dealer and always had it cleaned and serviced by THEM , and was very satisfied by the product CARRIER and service. I am not sure, but this price and product I would have expected better. Not sure I have the conviction to recommend the product CARRIER, or the DEALER as of now , regretfully.

We had a new Infinity Series Heating and Air conditioning unit installed. Also had a ductless system installed in the garage. From start to finish the whole process went smoothly. They have a great group of employees who care about what they do and it shows. Siemer Heating and Cooling is like a well oiled machine. 5 star company in our eyes. Siemer company did a fine job of sending technician when called for emergency. 2 other techs came 2 days later and did a first class job removing old furnace and installing new one. All cleaned up afterward, as well. Just had to wait out the odor of PVC pipe sealant.

Our 34+ year old furnace finally konked out last week so we called Siemer Heating and Cooling. They came out that afternoon and the next day we had a new high efficiency furnace and central air conditioner installed! We're planning on selling in the next month or so we won't benefit from it but the warranty will transfer to the new homeowners and is good for 10 years!
