Consistent performance problems. Contractor has been unable to solve the problems with my heat pump system. As a result, the persistent problems have cost me hundreds of dollars in excessive electric bills. I do believe the problems are due to faulty equipment. After spending $25K for a new Carrier Infinity Heat Pump system, I am very disappointed with the performance of this equipment.

Great installation, expected a little more on the customer service side of things. The techs were all friendly and nice. but here's is a list of a things I felt were missing that I normally get with Master's the previous times I've called for service. 1.) 30 min phone ahead to let me know their coming. 2.) Introduction to the techs 3.) overview of what they are doing and a general outline/timeline 4.) updates as they progress through milestones 5.) A physical copy of the manual for the unit.
