Total professional. Jason Meyer was fantastic. Mike the technician was personal and professional. 100% fantastic from beginning to end.

Masters took the time to explain how everything would be installed and how it would work. At my request, Masters made multiple trips to our home to go over the placement of the furnace and AC unit, as well as how the flues would be rerouted. We are very pleased with Masters.

Good Experience

We had Masters Heating and Cooling replace our HVAC/AC unit due to the one we had was over 28 years old. They were all very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment they were installing. Would be using them again and would recommend to family, friends and neighbors.

Each employee I worked with was friendly and polite. I was given options of repair versus replace. The work was completed in a timely manner at the price I was quoted.

From the estimate through the install, I felt like I was dealing with Knowledgeable staff who answered all my questions and concerns. I was able to get an estimate on a Sunday which was very convenient for me. The installers were very professional and courteous. Removed my old system and installed my new one without any issues. The installers cleaned up their mess so good you couldn't even tell there were there. Excellent service!

Great installation, expected a little more on the customer service side of things. The techs were all friendly and nice. but here's is a list of a things I felt were missing that I normally get with Master's the previous times I've called for service. 1.) 30 min phone ahead to let me know their coming. 2.) Introduction to the techs 3.) overview of what they are doing and a general outline/timeline 4.) updates as they progress through milestones 5.) A physical copy of the manual for the unit.
