My furnace chose to die at 6 pm on a Saturday during a cold snap. Shavitz sent someone out that evening but could not replace it until Monday. Jonathan installed the furnace. He worked tirelessly until I had heat. Didn't finish until 9:30 pm when I finally had a functioning furnace. Shavitz made sure I had everything working. It is not the cheapest company but their work is quality. Hoping this one lasts as long as the previous one did.
