Furnace installations require a certain amount of fabrication. They did beautiful work.

I have always found Energy Service to be very fair and competent.

They work diligently until the job is done or the problem solved

Energy Services originally came out in June, 2024. We had a problem with our A/C. The servicer reduced the Puron level, replaced the capacitor. Along with the diagnostic we paid $412. Two days later the same problem. At that point, E.S. suggested we needed to replace our entire HVAC System that was only five years old. They suggested the current furnace was too big. At a cost of 16,500, a new Carrier Furnace was installed along with an air conditioner/heat pump. All was fine until we turned on the furnace for heat 3 plus months later. We began receiving email alerts 33-11Limit Fault suggesting that our furnace wasn't receiving proper air flow and that we needed to change our 3 1/2 month old air filter ($75). We did so but the next day we received the same alerts. Another servicer from E.S. came out an suggested we turn off our humidifier. We did and generally the situation improved as far as only receiving one alert over the next two months. At that point, we needed the five year old humidifier turned back on but were told to replace it with a new external model that wouldn't draw air from the furnace. We did have the humidifier replaced at a cost of $795.00. Almost $18,000 later, we think the system is working though we did receive another alert when we turned up the thermostat to 72 degrees in early February. It appeared the furnace couldn't handle it. We've dealt with eight different service men from E.S.. They all have been nice but it has taken a while to "kind of" had issues figured out. Along the way, it has been more expensive than I would have guessed. I'm not sure if it's today's technology, but HVAC work seems far more complicated than years past.

Installed 2 furnaces. Received warranty on one in 6 days but not the other. Made 2 calls about the other furnace \& told it was Carrier's problem. Finally after 45 days I called Carrier \& found out it was never registered. I did it with them over the phone.

We have just purchased our third furnace, and second air conditioner from Energy Services. We feel like the advice we get is unbiased and in our best interest. They have also cleaned our ducts and serviced furnaces for us in other houses owned by our adult children. They really know their stuff.

We had a small time frame to do the project and he was able to give us a team in the day that was working best for us.Always answering very promptly my messages. Jeff , Alex and Matt were our installation team.They were in time, very professional, very pleasant…The old unit was removed.. They protected our floors, they left the basement clean .

The ENERGY SERVICES people were helpful in getting me rebates needed to bring down the cost of the unit. A different vendor gave me a quote (without listing rebates) that was WAY MORE than my final price with Energy Services. As for installation: They sent out 3 guys who completed the job in under 6 hours. The were quick, competent, and friendly. As for the equipment: Efficient and QUIET! I've had the equipment for less than a month at the time of this review. And so far, I am VERY satisfied with the equipment, pricing, and installation I received through the Energy Services team.

Kevin, Keith, and their installer team were great to work with. Very professional from the time they came out to my house to talk through equipment options through the day the actual install happened. They provided me with a walk through of the equipment following the install and were quick to help answer questions I had days after the install.

From David coming out same day I called (and getting me a quote same day), to my system being installed less than 5 days later, it was a great overall experience. Both technicians that performed the install were polite, informative, and did a great job.

One of my tenants notified me on late Thursday that her furnace was not working and the temperature in her apartment was at 60 degrees and dropping. I called Energy Services and they sent someone right over. They inspected the furnace and called me back letting me know that the heat exchanger wasn't just cracked but had a sizeable hole in it. They even called me on Snapchat to show me the video. The furnace was 17 years old and had multiple issues prior to this so I knew it was time for a new furnace. Energy Services scheduled the install for the very next day and even offered to bring some space heaters for my tenant to tide her over until the following day. Energy Services arrived exactly on time at 8 am and were finished ahead of schedule by a couple of hours. Needless to say, my tenant was very pleased not only that she now had heat but the fact that she had a new furnace installed from one day to the next! Would highly recommend Energy Services! Will definitely use them again for all our HVAC jobs.

As always, Energy Services is prompt and I am able to get service quickly. The AC install was seamless and done very well.

Next day service. Estimated 5.5 hours to put in the new AC and it took 4 hrs. As far as the product they didn't try to upsell me, they sold me what I needed. Great AC, quiet, efficient. We love it.

I had the same tech again, Jeff, who installed my new furnace in February. He did another wonderful job installing my new air conditioner. Matt and Steve arrived when scheduled. They introduced themselves and explained how the process would go throughout the day. They had drop cloths and booties so they left the house spotless. When they were done they personally walked us through all the new equipment they had installed and showed me how to work the new thermostat. They were very upbeat and friendly guys. We had used Alan Heating \& AC in Elmhurst for many years to service our furnace and ac. Since Energy Services took over their business, I wasn't sure what to expect. But it was a positive experience as they installed our new furnace. We have an old house, and the space to work in to install the furnace was a bit tight. But the installer did an excellent job, was courteous, and it was clear he was experienced.

Eric in Sales narrowed the product choices to what fit our house size and answered all our many questions both via phone and email. The install crew of two was energetic and completed the install in about five hours. They set the units up on the recommended defaults. The dealer registered the units and sent us the contract. We had used the dealer several years prior to install a new A/C unit.

Replaced a furnace from Carrier that obviously had problems based upon past comments from various HVAC companies. If you produced a lemon, shouldn't you own up to it and make it right?

We have been customers of Energy Services for over 20 years. Their service and responsiveness have been outstanding over the years. We have recently had a new Carrier Infinity Air Conditioner and furnace installed and each time the installation technicians have taken exceptional care and attentiveness with our home. The Carrier products have been extremely reliable for us and in the past 20 plus years have needed service only twice outside of regular annual preventative maintenance. I highly recommend Energy Services for their knowledge, expertise, quality of their people and the quality of their products.

Even though only one installer was sent to remove my old furnace and install the new furnace everything went well. I think they should have two installers to do this type of work. One person could easily hurt themselves lifting the furnace off the air conditioner box. Then again lifting the new one to put onto the air conditioner box and being able to position it correctly making sure the sealant doesn't get pushed out. This is the only downside for my installation. Jeff did a great job.

Have had Alan HVAC service my old equipment in the past \& found them to be honest \& fair, so I had them install the new system and was not disappointed. They did a great job, explained everything \& cleaned up the area well afterward. Installation is very clean \& professional. Would highly recommend them for sales \& service!
