Herchenbach installed our new furnace, hardwired our new thermostat, and tuned up our A/C unit. We received a few quotes from competitors, but these guys had the best value and quality with Carrier products. Curtis was extremely helpful in walking me through exactly what we needed within our budget. He was very accommodating in ensuring we received our warranty rebate for our 20 year old furnace. The installers were very professional. They performed a very clean and organized installation with all the wires and plumbing. Definitely recommend!

As luck would have it, our air conditioner died right before the start of a 90 degree/high humidity heat wave. We had a newborn at home and needed quick service more than anything else. Herschenbach mechanical came out same day to diagnose that our compressor had died and the old unit needed to be replaced. Our technician discussed all the system options with us and sent us a quote by that evening. I called next day to ask about installation lead time and they mentioned that while they were scheduled out a week (it was really hot after all...) they were able to rearrange their schedules and install the system the next day. True to their word, the new system was installed quickly at a reasonable price and works so much better than our old system. Don't think I could have handled another day in the heat and Herschenbach made it happen.

Installed a new furnace and AC in four hours

I wasn't happy when my "antique" furnace "crapped out" in sub zero temperatures about a week ago, but in under 7 days, we went from making the initial call to Herchenbach, to getting our new Carrier Furnace installed yesterday. It was an unbelievably simple process from start to finish. I got 3 quotes sent over via e\-mail the first morning, they were all explained to me thoroughly by Curtis, as HVAC is definitely not my thing, and I chose one of the options that same day, applied for the financing on their website immediately following, was approved 10 minutes later, and they were out here 4 business days later doing the work. Hilllary in the office was fantastic, she remained patient with me, considering all of my questions, as I was nervous about spending the money suddenly, but they could not have been better as a team. The 2 installers were great as well. With the snow melting, I was worried about mud, but they laid down tarps from the entrance all the way downstairs to the furnace room. It was a total non\-issue. They got the job done, extremely professional, answered any questions I had with knowledgeable answers, and including demolition, complete install and testing, in 6 hours. It was unbelievable. The Carrier system is so quiet compared to the unit they replaced, and the smart thermostat is so cool as well. Anyway, I would highly recommend Herchenbach and Carrier to anyone looking for a new Furnace and/or A/C system. They will be back out in April doing my A/C system. Looking forward to it! Keep up the good work.

Great, friendly service and very honest. I had a new furnace installed. All Covid safety precautions were followed. They arrived on\-time and worked efficiently. Initially the quote included rework on A/C coil, but the guys were able to find a solution without having to cut the coil, and saved me a big chunk of money. I have used them for allof my furance and AC maintence and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Then this spring they came out again and installed the air conditioner. Another great job. Plus, I had issues submitting an appliance rebate. The office was very helpful and patient with me. Herchenbach replaced our furnace yesterday, we had called the day before because our old furnace wouldn't turn on, Curtis came out within about an hour and discussed the issue with our furnace, he recommended replacing the furnace because of its age and condition, rather than spending more time and money fixing it. We agreed and Curtis returned the next day and installed the new furnace. This experience was easy and Curtis explained everything to us. The new Carrier equipment was scheduled for install within a week. Two service men did a great job of replacing the 19 yo Carrier equipment. Neat, knowledgeable, quick, and answered all questions. Kudos to Curtis, Ron and Steve for a job well done replacing our 22 year old equipment. Aware that the end was near, we order the Carrier Performance 16 SEER A/C and furnace. Suffice it to say, Curtis was straight up from the beginning and helped us make an informed decision about the future of our heating and cooling needs. Hoping not to see them again except for bi\-annual service calls.

21 years ago Herchenbach installed my 1st Carrier central AC unit. It ran without issue until this year. I called them back to replace it with a new Carrier unit. 2 years ago they replaced my original furnace with a new Carrier furnace and it runs so much better then the original, even when it was brand new. Herchenbach carries quality products at reasonable prices. They are carful not to mess up your house and make sure the unit looks good before they leave. Highly recommend.
