Ductless Mini Split Repair

Installed 3 AC units in one day \- had to use some creativity given size of new units relative to older ones \- newer units are considerably larger than ones installed 15 years ago \- so had to figure out how to configure new equipment in "old" space! Did work professionally and collaboratively \- work easy to work with \- good work ethic and friendly \- and competently too! Work with Western \- they will work with you!

Good install

Found problem and tried to repair but found bigger problem. Recommended new system for best investment. No charge service call. Crew was there the next morning and complete new system by early afternoon. Western has been outstanding for all my Heating and A/C needs. Their prices are fair and their service the best in this valley.

I replaced my existing furnace and A/C system. I was a little nervous to make such a big decision. Paul was great to work with and did a thorough inspection on my current systems prior to making any recommendations. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient as I asked all my questions. The Installers Jarod and Mario were very professional, efficient and friendly.

We were very pleased with the information received and the break out in the proposal. The installation was performed by three installers allowing them to divide and conquer efficiently. They were very professional and did a great job. The inspector indicated Western always does a good job and after he looked at this he said this was no different than their normal work.

Kevin Abbott the salesperson who was also project manager and the installers Dakota and Dustin were honest and highly knowledgeable. The purchasing and installation experience exceeded my expectations.

Excellent all\-around service and communication! I chose Western to replace my failing AC and furnace system. The sales consultation was straight forward and thorough. Kevin walked us through all the ratings, specifications, and options of the different units and didn?t force us into the most expensive option. The installation team was great! They explained everything they were going to do and the modifications they made to the existing setup to help the efficiency of the system. Kevin stopped by after/during the installation to make sure everything was going as planned. I missed the county inspector but Western gave me a call the next day to help me reschedule the inspection for a later date!

Western Heating did a great job. They asked about all our concerns and helped us figure out a solution. There was no sales spiel (I hate watching videos about companies). They showed up when they said they would and got the work done, and cleaned up after themselves.

Western Heating (Boise) installed our furnace 9 years ago so when we thought it was time to replace our 28 year old air conditioner, we asked them for a bid. From the time we got our bid until the unit was installed (3 work days), they were professional, timely, and responsive. Although we probably won't need to turn on the air conditioner for a few more weeks or months, our experience with the installation crew was great \- all that I could ask for.

There were unexpected problems that they encountered due to the restricted space, and they solved them in a timely manner. It is like night and day compared to our old system, we went with the Carrier performance series. This is the first time I have felt like a heater actually heats up every partial of air. That is the best way to describe it. Quiet when running. The only noise I hear is the air coming out of the vents. Beautiful system and worth every penny.
