Dennis Fox, owner of Fox Heating and Cooling did a great job explaining this new Infinity furnace and A/C but most importantly he made it clear that my previous 5 ton a/c was too large for this 2850 sq ft home the way it's laid out. Therefore, he recommended a 4 ton after a study he conducted. The other two contract bidders never mentioned this and were willing to just replace my 18 year old 5 ton with another 5 ton. I'm very happy with the Fox team from the installers to the front desk. I have also set up a 3\-year Maintenance contract that I look forward too in 6 months time. Furthermore, the Carrier/Wells Fargo partnership that assists with the financing, in my case 0%\-60 months will be very helpful.

Both Jerry and Justin worked efficiently, safely and steadily to install the new HVAC system. They both were courteous and answered all questions in plain language that I could understand. The install went well and both my wife and I are pleased!!

Dennis and family communicate and follow up. I never felt out of touch throughout the project. They kept informed, met all expectations, and delivered a multi\-zone/component install from scratch. From our first contact, their customer service has been great. The installation team, the owners and the HVAC system have all been outstanding.

My furnace went out on a Saturday morning and I made the mistake of calling one of the companies that I had received a flyer from in the mail. After they had assessed my issue incorrectly, and turned my gas valve off I decided to call Fox Heating and Cooling. Dennis came out and was very informative and explained everything in great detail. Dennis went through some options with me and got my heat back up and running stating that he did not want me to have to make a rushed decision on such a large investment. Dennis and his team were amazing through the entire process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their HVAC equipment or have a new system installed. So far I love my new Infinity system and the service provided by Fox Heating and Cooling.
