I Was So Impressed With Every Person I Dealt wat Air Control. Very Kind And When I Realized My House Was Getting Warm, Called Air Control. Jessica Was So Kind. She Squeezed Me In For Techs To Come That Morning. Both Dillion And Seth Were Great. Very Helpful. Explaining What Was Wrong And My Options. Dillion Wanted To Let Me Know I Had The Option To Purchase A Combo Of Air Conditioner And Furnace. I Thought That My Furnace Was Probably As Old As A/C. I Didn’t Want To End Up With A Furnace That Quit Working In The Middle Of Winter. So I Decided To Order The Combo Of Both A/C And Furnace. Then Dillion Also Told Me About The Preventative Plan That Air Control Would Come Every 6 Months To Check Everything And Change Out Filters. That Really Made Me Feel Better. I Am A Young Widow And Don’t Know About Maintenance. Then By Monday Afternoon Terry Sent Me A Quote. Then By The Next Day, Terry Let Me Know That He Could Have 2 Techs Come In And Install Both The Next Morning On Wednesday. I Was So Grateful. So Dustin And Daniel Came Right Away Wednesday Morning. They Explained Everything And Asked Me Necessary Questions So I Knew What I Wanted. I Was So Happy With The Whole Experience. I Am Definitely Going To Refer Air Control To Friends And Family. Air Control Really Takes Care Of Their Customers And Treats Their Employees Very Well. Thank You Air Control. I Am Fortunate They Are A Local Company That I Can Rely On.

Have been having issues with this split heat pump ever since it was new, and the dealer always tried to make it run good, however this unit was a piece of junk and it took the Carrier head technician to see it to get another unit installed, but good service overall with this dealer and yes I would recommend them.

Air Control, Inc did a fantastic job replacing the existing unit in my house. Terry stopped by and explained all my options and helped me select the most effective system to fit my older home. The install team was great and I think left my basement cleaner than it was before they started. Air Control, Inc also filled out all the Alliant Energy rebate forms for me as well.
