Ductless Mini Split Installation

i have been using Central air for over 6 years and I love them. When I needed a new HVAC I went to them, I never considered anyone else.

From install to service they just get the job done!

Good dealer for you. This was a 50k residential job. Like central enough that 1) I did not bid and 2) replaced at 20 years befor the units broke.

Worked closely with us to pick the right model, quick and easy to get on their installation calendar. Came out right away when I reported an unusual noise (was an issue with my vents, not the unit)

We purchased 2 New Carrier Heating and Air Conditioning systems from Central on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, and they were professionally installed on Monday and Tuesday of the following week. We are enjoying our new systems. Our previous HVAC systems were installed in February 2002. With the passing of the owner of DBU Engineering in 2008, we switch to Central in March 2009 for service. Central's service is great but our old equipment was showing its age and it was time for new systems. The new systems should outlast me.

Good job installing new system

Flawless installation of my new system replacing a 24 year old system. Estimator Mike was very helpful, giving several options to choose from. Keith did a fantastic job discussing features \& benefits based on my needs and preferences, and Chuck oversaw the process start to finish and got me scheduled very quickly. The installers (didn't get their names unfortunately) were great, finished quickly, were neat \& tidy, and went over all of the equipment with me when finished. Great experience!

The only thing that I am disappointed in is that they did not offer me a model that was eligible for the Tax Credit. We bought the High efficiency model thinking that it would be... but upon looking it up on the IRS website, this model is not elitible.

Central Heat \& Air really care, taking the time to explain options and answer my questions. When they forgot a small replacement during install (as we had a quirky issue), they were quick to follow up and fix it. Great people!

They did a good job on our new purchase and install of Carrier AC unit. One comment that I think is important is to ensure that they send in an experienced staff for the install. We had an issue where during the install the pipes were inadvertently moved and that led to water leak in the basement. Luckily I caught it in time and turned off the unit. That prevented from more flooding. That was a weekend, so we stayed without AC for 2 days in Atlanta heat until the person arrived back on Monday to fix the issue. The service team was prompt to handle the situation though.

I have used Central Heat and Air for 20+ years. They have always been responsive and professional.
