Bartlett Heating and Cooling always provides excellent service. The technicians and office staff are always very professional and cordial.

I purchased two new units. One works perfectly fine, but the other "upgraded" unit that I purchased for my master suite looks and works like a refurbished model unit. It's supposed to be quieter, and while it's quieter in my master bedroom, it makes a really loud humming sound outside of my main level bedroom. I was told by the servicers that it's probably working hard to cool in the warmer GA months, but my other new unit located in the same place as the master bedroom "upgraded" unit, doesn't make the same loud noise. In other words, the lower costing unit works much better. No one has offered a solution, like switching the unit out for even the lower costing one that doesn't make noise or another unit in the same model. By the way, the noisy unit that was installed arrived with rust on it. Is that normal? The other unit that works well did not arrive rusty.

This job involved replacing two existing systems, and adding a third system. Barlett sent so many technicians that I lost track of how many people were in the house. I think there were 10 guys at one point? They finished on schedule, everything works well, and they cleaned up thoroughly.

Just replaced our home cooling system with a Carrier unit, purchased and installed by Bartlett H\&C. We met and interacted with 4 different Bartlett employees \- Sales, Installation staff and management. All were courteous, knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would do. Oh, and they were 12% less expensive than a local competitor for an identical unit. We highly recommend them.

Bartlett heating are great people to has. I've used them for several years now an have always solved my problems. I don't think as much that I paid for the air condition unit that after the first filter is free and then I'm responsible from then on. This is very poor service Carrier ! I am not very happy about this at ! I really would like to hear from Carrier on this matter.

We recently purchased a new 19 SEER Carrier variable speed condenser and evaporator coil from Bartlett Heating \& Cooling and are very pleased with the installation. From Sales to installation and service, we have always had a good experience with Bartlett. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their installation and/or service. By the way, they also service other manufacturer's as well as Carrier. It has become difficult to find a locally owned and managed HVAC company in the last ten years in the greater Atlanta area. Glad that Bartlett is still there providing personalized, professional low pressure service in a locally owned business.

Brent and his crew did a perfect job of installing our new heat pump. They showed up on time and were friendly, courteous, and professional. The installation looks great, and they cleaned up completely. They worked diligently and finished earlier than I expected, without any inconvenience for us. (Despite having the same name as this company, I am not kin.)

Bartlett has always taken good care of us. When our ancient (30\-year\-old\-plus) AC finally went out, we called our Home Warranty company, thinking they would replace it. No, they sent in "their" HVAC company who said they would repair it, or replace it for $11,000. We called Bartlett, with whom we have a monthly service contract. They not only advised replacing it and our heating unit (also 30+ years old), but were able to both for 2/3 the price the others quoted, AND using Carrier , too, a higher quality product than what they were proposing! The Bartlett sales rep offered use of a portable air conditioner \-\- free of charge \-\- so we could survive the heat until our new unit was installed. From the office staff to the guys who installed it in one day \-\- everyone was thoughtful, thorough, and professional. You won't go wrong with Bartlett \-\- they're the best!

15 yearly Carrier HVAC finally bit the dust. Bartlett already had the contract to maintain all 4 of my units. They quickly responded when the unit stoped cooling and diagnosed a bad compressor. They then responded and arranged for a new unit which was quickly installed at a busy time. They showed up when scheduled each time.

The recent installation was excellent\- no complaints. But had to call up to remind of scheduled service on our system

Bartlett Heating \& Air is a well run company. I have been with them for a number of years and now it was time to get new duct work and a new system!! This company has been very hardworking for many years as they repaired a mismatched, inefficient, out of code system with old, worn duct work and parts they had to perform magic tricks on to keep alive, (Thanks Rick and now Tommy). On budget billing, I never wanted to look at what I was actually paying but when I looked, I realized it might be time to stop throwing a lot of money away to barely keep my house on 81. This is the first time I had a contractor in my house that I did not feel I needed to "check on their work" in the midst of the job. From the time they designed the new duct work plan all the way to the moment they swept up and showed me how to use the thermostat, everything went perfectly. Brent worked with several crew members but since I cannot remember all of their names, I am going to not name them :) But everyone worked cooperatively and professionally. When they had to solve problems that arose due to my request to shift the furnace location, they came up with creative solutions that worked out well for the project. And to be honest, I did not get charged for these incidental expenses, that I think most companies would have charged for. This makes Bartlett special?they charge a fair price, they are fair to their customers, and they do not nickel and dime you. I appreciate this because I know this type of business practice costs them money?it's much appreciated! The project manager, Dusty knows all about air flow and all things HVAC so when he comes to discuss your potential new system with you, if you are interested, he will take the time to explain the size of the unit needed and the best way to get everything all matched up for highest efficiency. He will explain anything you want to know about?He won't just give you minimal information if you are truly interested in how these things work best. If you call the office, you might speak to Jordan, or Cherokee, or Karen, or maybe even Shannon!! Whoever you speak to, you will always hear a friendly voice on the other end. This is a very busy local company so it's ideal if you live in the Smyrna, GA area!! I am looking forward to spending ore time with my new Carrier unit. So far, after 24 hours, my house is feeling very cool set to 80. I guess I am fortunate that I do not need my air on 68 or 72 HAHA. Thanks Bartlett and Carrier!!

Both of them answered my many questions during the day. The new system is a huge improvement from the older HVAC and I am very pleased with the whole process. We learned of Bartlett about fifteen years ago when Grandma Bartlett was a nearby neighbor. They turned out to be a good choice for that service need. We continued using them for regular maintenance after moving. They maintained our old system for the last ten years until it finally gave out with probably some help from a lightening strike nearby. As a part of purchasing a new system we called another highly recommended firm and the quotes were basically apples to apples. We chose to stick with Bartlett and their recommendations due to the years of quality service. I would have no problem recommending them to any other home owner who is willing to pay a fair price for fair and quality work.

Bartlett replaced two air conditioner units and also changed\-out my old furnaces with two new furnaces. Their installation was excellent with a fair price. Overall, their work was done efficiently and knowledgeably. This is a solid company.

There was a problem with the blower and once we called explaining the problem, someone was out to replace the part the next day.
