Summit did a great job from day 1. We contacted them for confirmation that a repair was required to our existing heating system and cost involved. From there they helped to review options for upgrading/replacing our 20+ year old HVAC system. Michael was very patient with our questions and spent a lot of time educating us on options available. He did not high pressure us and was patient as we gathered other quotes and compared systems. The Office Staff worked with us to schedule installation and was great on sending reminders. The Techs Blair \& Luke that installed the system were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They spent time explaining what they were doing and helped set up the new electronic thermostat. They spent extra time on the clean\-up process to ensure that any oil spilled from the removal of existing AC would not impact my dog.
