HVAC Installation

I've been dealing with Wright Bilt for 15yrs. They installed new parts on my system and a leak was discovered 3:15am in the morning. They came out to resolve the matter, but the leak caused damage to my ceiling. Due to the long relationship, I expected more, but the ball was dropped until the owner saw my email expressing my disdain for the service received. The repairs are now underway and almost finished 30 days later. If I had not sent the email, I would still be going back and forth with the office manager. This is how loyal customers are lost. A five\- star company is now a 2\-to\-3\-star company.

I first was a customer of Wright\-Bilt in 1998 when a 25 year old system needed replacing. Neighbors recommended them and they installed two new systems then. They have been my go to servicing dealers since. After wearing out those two systems in 23 years I needed a couple of new systems. Once again Wright\-Bilt came to the rescue with two new Carrier HVAC systems. I can't say enough about the installation team who performed a fantastic job and left their work spaces spotless. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC systems and service.

The two technicians worked without stopping and completed the install in one day. They made it look easy.

I have an older home. I have done major upgrades for the comfort of the home, i.e., energy efficient windows and spray foam insulation in the attic. Tom, assisted me greatly in designing my new system, to with these features in mind. I went through a lengthy process of researching different products with lots of questions. Tom was always very kind and considerate as I contacted him numerous times. He never seemed to get annoyed no matter how trivial the question. The installation was scheduled and came in on time and budget. Would recommend this dealer.

Installation went well, but the installer didn?t leave any warranty information. Proposal promises 10 year parts, 2 year labor and 1 year service. Chasing the installer to provide missing information to date

the installation went great the installer with wright bilt took first 10 mins to introduce himself and his helper and advised me of what he was going to do and how long it would take he was extremely friendly and made me feel like i was family once he started they stayed busy until job was done i was well pleased with the work this is the second home wright bilt installed complete heating/cooling units for me and would highly recommend them

The process was very simple. It was just one phone call.

6000 for 2 new units, installed and came back from vacation 3 weeks later to find a leak in the ceiling with sheet rock staring to buckle. Called for service and had a visit to fix problem. A week or so later and I have the same problem. Right now I have no air downstairs (unit shut off for 2 days ) and I waiting for service. I should have save the 6k and keep the old units!

Had Wright Bilt install a new unit after we had a fire in the upstairs of our house. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work, new installs or for service.

We contacted Wright\-Bilt on a Monday, after our heating unit went out completely over the weekend. The sales rep came promptly at the scheduled time on Tuesday, make a recommendation by Wednesday, and we had heat back in the house by Thursday afternoon. The entire experience was absolutely seamless and the Carrier unit installed has performed flawlessly. (I smelled gas in the general area of the heating unit the afternoon after installation. I called Wright\-Bilt, and they had a tech out at the house within the hour to check to see if there was a problem.)
