The process was seamless. It took less than 3 days to complete the initial consultation, complete payment and have the system installed. I was surprised by how easy it was. I would definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends. If would be the fir and finish of some the welding work and cuts made on the unit. They are somewhat unsightly.

HVAC installation occured on Monday. Furnace worked but they could not get the air conditioner to work. Tech came and thinking the boar was defective and ordered a new one. The same tech came back on Friday and realized the board had been put in place either backwards or upside down. Once he put it in correctly it worked fine. The mark down was because they were there all day on Monday until after 6 and then the tech was here 3 hours before he realized the problem otherwise it is good.

We were very impressed with the complete service. From salesman, customer service, follow\-up and quarterly inspections. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of an air conditioner.

The whole Estes team was great from quote through installation. I had multiple quotes and Estes was the only one to talk about some revisions that should be made to improve the functioning of the system (return airflow was restricted). The other contractors were just going to replace the basic systems, event though they were not properly installed when the house was built. The installation was great as well, I had 2 furnace/AC replacements. Workmanship was great and the team had the utmost respect for the house. Everything was well explained throughout the process and they will be doing a post install inspection in the coming weeks. Great team, great work!

Estes has performed Whole house maintenance on HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical Systems at my home for more than 30 years. During this All technicians, salesmen, office personnel have been courteous and professional in their contacts with me. Customer service always make sure that my requests and/or questions are handled appropriately and/or referred to for response back to me. Technicians and equipment installation experts always do a very good job of cleaning up the work area and removing old equipment from my residence. Technicians and/or salesmen are very good and knowledgeable about explaining how different systems function, the pros and cons, and showing me how to use them.

I had Carrier Heat/Air since 2003 . I love their products very dependent. So when my heat /air went out in Feb 2024 I decided to go back with Carrier and I think I made a great choice.

Heater replacement can be a scary experience, but not with Estes. We have been customers for many years and have always been pleased with their maintenance services. The quote for the new heater was very competitive and each component was explained thoroughly. The installers, Frey and Ruben, arrived exactly as scheduled and were exceptionally polite and personable. They installed the heater, insured it was working correctly, thoroughly cleaned the area around the heater, and made sure all the old parts were removed. They took the time to be sure I was satisfied and were excellent at their tasks! Thanks to all who made this as painless as possible!

We had Carrier systems in our house. We had great techs who took care of them. Those SEER 10 systems lasted about 25 years. Why would we consider anything else. When the systems began to fail, we knew we needed at least one. It turned out all 3 could be replaced, but 2 were critical. We called a known Carrier dealer, with good reviews, in our area. Estes came out, researched our systems issues and let us know their advice. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They got us on their schedule in a few days. Their install team worked fast, quietly and completed both installs in one day. Fantastic. New systems mean new things to consider and get used to. Our Estes team did not leave us in the dark. I was able to reach them, ask questions, get their experience and determine what I needed to pay attention to. It went as well as a midsummer total switchout of two systems could go. Excellent service from inspection of old equipment to replacing new.

The Comfort Analyst, Sam Rhone, provided a quote on Wednesday and we immediately asked for an installation. On Friday 2 technicians arrived and immediately started to work. By 12:30 the installation was completed, and everything was disposed of properly. Trevor and Jeremy knew what they were doing and there were no problems. I would highly recommend a Carrier purchase from Estes.

The evaluation of my equipment need was excellent. However, I was not informed of the extreme noise level of the Comfort series air conditioner unit I was sold. When I asked for help in reducing the noise a technician was immediately sent out. He evaluated the unit and said it was performing normally and the noise level was a result of a low level compressor. He described it as buying a compact car, not a Mercedes. I asked for help, including installing a compressor blanket (or perhaps in replacing the compressor) in resolving the noise issue and have not heard back since. I am not a complaining customer but I paid Estes 15% more than the quote I received from the Trane dealer. Their unit operates at a lower noise level.

A/C is exactly as described.

My Father used Estes back in 1960. Estes installed the first Carrier Heat Pump in Fayette County in the Coweta\-Fayette EMC district. Which was written and published in the EMC magazine that year.

I have been singing praises of my new equipment since the day it was installed. MY OLD EQUIPMENT: I wanted something that was quiet because the old furnace used to wake me up every time it came on. Because of the size of the bedroom, the air/heat distribution was uneven \-\- never felt the heat in the winter or the air in the summer. Rather than feel the sudden blasts of cold air when the unit came on and off, I turned it off. MY NEW EQUIPMENT: The equipment, inside and outside, is soooooo quiet, it's like a whisper. It's nice to be able to sleep through the night finally without hearing the roar of the furnace over my head. With the installation of the extra vent in the bedroom, it's feels like I'm in a different world of comfort. I don't want to leave the house. The variable speed upstairs unit has totally eliminated the on/off discomfort blast of sudden cold air, but rather changes by degrees. Even the headache of batteries in the thermostat has been eliminated. If I can give Carrier 10 stars, I would and have already recommended it to neighbors. Also, thank you to Estes Services in Atlanta for the great, clean, efficient and expedient installation job.

Knew what the problem was and solved it efficiently

Installation took much longer than expected. Don't like the new thermostats installed that have VERY limited program settings. Don't feel like this unit is at all an improvement. Have to set the thermostats lower to get the same cooling as the old unit that leaked coolant. So far, not a fan and will obtain a greater variety of quotes before replacing other equipment.

Best Installer and Maintenance Team in Atlanta. Estes diagnosed the problem, advised us on our options, and had a complete HVAC system installed and working wonderfully all in a few days. Service is unbeatable, and pricing is competitive. We have used other companies in the past. After experiencing Estes, we will not use anyone else.

The guys arrived a little prior to the expected time, but let me know in advance. All technicians made sure to wear their booties and cleaned up after themselves. It was super cold outside while they were working but they did their best to keep the doors closed while they had to go in and out of the house. They made sure that our pilot light was turned back on upon completion. Throughout the process, I was informed of everything going on.

My heating and air units were more than thirty years old. Estes installed the new HVAC system as promised at a competitive price.

We lost our heat Christmas Eve and woke up to a house that was 52 degrees. We understood that no one could come out until after the holiday of course. Carrier itself was not the one I purchased this system from \- and it wasn't installed by Carrier \- The heating \& air company I went through offered Carrier. I have known about Carrier for quite a while \- The company I had been using to service my old system, discovered a defective compressor \- Along with the fact that system carried the old R22, which is now obsolete, and the compressor for that unit was no longer being made; So, I did much research trying to find a " Trustworthy Heating \& Air Company" since that current company I was using, was entirely TOO PRICEY!!! Quoting $6,000.00 above what I paid for this new heat pump system \- SO, after much research, and after contacting Central Heating \& Air, \& speaking with their sales rep, I was referred to a company located in my area \- Estes Heating \& Air installed my split system \- and did a great job \- I went from a 14 seer to a 16 seer system \- with that said, I'm not sure if that may have anything to do with the fact that when it's been running for a while, the system in the attic is quite noisy (loud hum )\- I'm told it's the part that carries the freon from the outside unit to the upstairs(attic) split unit vibrates slightly \- causing it to make this noise \- Other than that, it's been less than a month that this was installed \- The fact that it does carry a 10 yr. parts \& labor warranty, however, can give one peace of mind \- I'm still wondering HOW I'm going to pay for this thing, especially where I am financially and it's just ME, who's NOT working \- Outside of that, I think I made the correct choice by going with Carrier \& having Estes Heating \& Air install \& now service this unit \-

Quick and efficient

Since this rating is only for the dealer I will include my comments about the equipment in the remarks. The Carrier replaced my 15 yr old Trane. I will say that this unit is significantly noisier than the Trane (it is outside my bedroom) and I am not happy with the open top of the fan unit. I have a lot of trees in my yard and the proximity of the unit to my house allows the leaves to collect on top of the unit. My closed top Trane unit did not allow this to be a problem. I have not had the unit long enough to see a power bill.

The sales tech (Collin) was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and honestly acted like he cared about our situation. Our furnace blew in the first bad cold snap of the year and Estes, in the middle of a supply chain bottleneck, ensured we would receive the equipment and have it installed before the week was out so our toddler wouldn't have to be sleeping in a cold house. Not only did Collin go way above and beyond but they did it while having a very very competitive price. So with this group you get 1) competitive pricing and 2) amazing customer support. We had several quotes from several companies and Estes was the only company that offered solutions for all of the issues we were having with our last unit\- from better ways to position it under the house to avoid the unit being placed directly on the ground in the crawl space, ways to reduce moisture issues and hot spots in the house, to ways to lessen the amount of holes needed for the thermostat by going wireless. Also, they had a team immediately ready to install it\- no waiting. Top notch job. Wish we had done it sooner.

I called Estes about a problem with my air conditioning unit on my first floor and they sent Damien out to have a look at it. It was determined that I needed a new condenser and a new coil in the furnace. Damien measured everything and called everything into Laverne. This was on a Friday afternoon and Lavern called me back and said the installation would be Monday morning at 9 AM. I was very pleased. Two installers showed up at 9 AM on Monday morning,Fray and Ruben worked as a professional team and had the unit installed in no time! We are now enjoying the energy savings of the new unit and the coolness of our home. Thanks again to Estes and Carrier!
