Absolute superb performance from the crew that came out! The two team leads (Attic and Downstairs) were professional, knowledgeable, and ran the team like a well\-oiled machine. Their work was impeccable. The team leads went beyond simply installing the units. Emphasis was made to ensure connections and pipe/cabling runs were neat and orderly, and trip sensors were placed for easy visible inspections. The team leads additionally provided me a detailed walk\-through of the work done as a final inspection. Both maintained a high standard for their own work, and that of their crew. Special kudos as well to the others in the working party. They demonstrated exceptional initiative and approached all their tasks with enthusiasm. They additionally had remarkable high morale and were highly cooperative, always lending each other a helping hand. Top\-notched execution and impressive results from all!
