They were here on time, did a beautiful job in and out, and reinstalled an expensive part at no extra charge.

My experience was with Aaron Adorno (Comfort Advisor), Yandel Arroyo and Josue Ramos (technician/installers) the above mentioned workers is a credit to your company. They are knowledgeable, and was able to answer all the questions that I asked regarding the installed "system" in lay\-man\-terms. I am comfortable and would recommend ICEBERG Hom Aaron Adorno (Comfort Advisor), Yandel Arroyo and Josue Ramos (technician/installers) were the workers who come to my house to install the new Air Conditioning and Heating system in my home. These Young M Aaron Adorno (Comfort Advisor), Yandel Arroyo and Josue Ramos (technician/installers) were the workers who replaced the old and installed the new Heating and Air conditioning unit in my home. These young men are knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I asked about the installed system. these young men are a credit to the company and should be acknowledged. This was our first experience with this company. We were impressed with their three employees, with their knowledge, explanations of our problems and installation of our new A/C. We had, Aaron, Luis and Craig. We will definitely recommend them to our neighbors.

Carrier responded on a Friday morning. The technician came to the house on Saturday afternoon...examined the unit \& determined that the unit needed to be replaced. Options were explained \& questions were answered to my satisfaction. New unit was installed on Monday.SAtisfied

The sales person seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. Installation itself was not so great — system came with two faulty thermostats. So they decided to put in a Bryant thermostat for a carrier system and said they will call back to put in the proper one. Month later I had to call them for it, supposed to show up between 10\&2, 330 on a Friday and no one has called or showed up. Asked for permit paperwork three times and they keep telling me they will get that mailed — asked three times and a month later nothing. Maybe it's just my bad luck, just beware of the 24 hour claim — most of the time, even during regular hours, you will be forwarded to an answering service and have to hope/wait for someone from office to call back.

My long term company would not come out for 48 hours. They gave us quick same day response, and diagnostics. Polite and knowledgable technicians and excellent work completed.

The sales guy that came here was very knowledgable and did get us fixed up with a new unit right away. He promised we would have it permitted within 2 days and now we are about 30 days out, still no permit. Permits are very needed for insurance purposes and for county regulations where we live. The guys that installed our new unit were very friendly and did a great job, but I must say I didn't care for the being late part. They were almost 3 hours late. Granted it was raining and the guy that was working got delayed, but I feel like they could have sent the backup earlier in the day. They at least communicated most of the time.....it was made worse because it was almost 90 in our house and we have been 3 days with no air. We are happy customers though and glad they were able to get the new unit installed literally the next day.....just a little bit of touch up on the paperwork needs to be done.

Outstanding

This team made sure I was able to understand what was being done and why, also helped me understand how operate the new system and new thermostat. They worked hard and efficiently during a major thunderstorm and didn't miss a beat! I will use them again and recommend them for anyone needing this service.
