Furnace Repair & Service

Wonderful experience. An understandably pressured day but handled with calm, professional environment. The crew was great.

I was concerned I would be without AC for several days but all new equipment installed the next day.

Lindstrom Carrier new complete A/C system failed after a few weeks. Called for service on the new A/C system and they are too busy to come out today.

I have used this company for a few years now. They have done three very professional system replacements, some preventive maintenance work and a couple of service calls. Everyone that I have worked with from sales to service to installations has been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I love these guys!

Fast installation and best warranty in the market.

We've been with Lindstrom for 13 years. They are an excellent company and provide outstanding customer service. Highly recommend

Excellent installation.

Definitely the most professional group of AC individuals I have dealt with. From the initial quick fix to temporarily fix our 15 year old unit, to the great salesman who sold us the unit and the install team that cemented the deal…..thanks team

The Installation was timely and efficient. They completed the job in one day--total removal of old unit and installation of new unit.

The crew arrived a little early on Saturday morning. The electrician came but did not stay long, still waiting for him to come back at some point. The guys were very professional and answered my questions. There were some differences between what the salesman said would be performed on the project and what actually did happen. The insulation was not removed behind my air filter return, because they said it just dirty. It was cleaned and repaired. The decking that the air handler sits on was not replaced, because it was still in good shape. Technician cleaned it and painted it at end of the installation. The insulation going up into the attic was replaced, since it was original to the house. It took the crew member several attempts to get the right cut for the system. He was very professional and kept working, until everything was just perfect. I give him a five star for his craftsmanship! The two guys working outside with the compressor were equally professional. They removed the heavy old compressor and installed the new. The one guy was very meticulous with working to check the gauges and wiring. We lost a few feet of our hedge, even though they were replanted by the crew. It was not a big deal! I give the whole crew a 4.9, just for working on a Saturday. Great going guys! We are cool again! Hope to get my AC filters soon!

Very polite and kind guys

I've been with Lindstrom for 8 years now. Always great service when needed!

WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE!

All technicians from initial service call to installation technicians very informative and professional. Answered all questions

Great experience

Excellent

From my first phone call to the completion of the installation, Lindstrom Air delivered. Every appointment began exactly when it was scheduled. The pricing was extremely competitive and the installation was smooth. We were up and running with a brand new A/C unit in not time. Highly recommended!!!

Team was punctual and clean up after they were finished.

Install folks were efficient and knowledgeable .

Lindstrom did a very professional job in determining the best systems for our house and the installation was seamless.

They did a great job very clean

On time, Customer service excellant, Technicians know their product,. Service done with a smile. Highly recommended.

excellent service and installation

My only complaint is that the unit was installed with all of the connections facing the front of my property. All of my experience with personnel has been excellent!

I have used Lindstrom for the past 20 years in multiple residences, including having annual maintenance contracts on my three current units. I was sold a large unit. As the unit was being installed I was told my prior unit had two zones. I was then asked whether I wanted (and was quoted on) the addition of a damper and computer controls so I could have a two zone system. I felt this should have been known by the Sales Agent and should have been in the initial bid. Living with the one zone unit it was clear I needed two zones for optimal cooling. So, I was given "a deal" on the new system although I'm not sure I got "a deal" on labor. Then after the parts, including the two zone damper was installed I had a series of four faults over a six week period, wherein the system stopped cooling on some very hot days. Each time there was a fault, a few days later individuals came out and tweaked the system to get it going. It was only when the head technician came out and concluded the whole add-on damper system and computer controls needed to be replaced, along with the addition of circuit breakers and draining devices that it has been working properly. These additions also added to the expense and also should have been part of the initial bid. I feel I was not sold the proper system from the beginning and possibly installing it sequentially (and maybe inappropriate parts) might have led to additional problems. I also tried multiple times to speak with management and owners of the Lindstrom who never returned my calls.

Outstanding Service and Installations

We are still experiencing issues with noise from the air handler when it shuts down. Carrier appears to have an issue with this product, and we will be requesting another product/brand.

The whole experience has soured me on Carrier as well as Lindstrom AC.

Totally satisfied with the installation, service and operation of new Carrier AC.

They have been taking care of my air conditioning needs for almost 10 years. They are dependable and knowledgeable. I trust them to handle all my problems.

Overall, Lindstrom is a very good A/C company. Professional, knowledgeable and provides good customer service, The only minor drawback is price. Out of three bids, Lindstrom was the most expensive.

The process was easy from the salesman to the installation. Thank you.

no

Better experience with my second unit...

From the sales process to the installation process, they were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! Wonderful staff.

Lindstrom was able to install a new Carrier air conditioner next day.

Great Service and Products.

Everything was done quickly and efficiently.

The men were very prompt, friendly, polite, and clean .

Just a very good experience all around.

haven't had service yet but installation was very good

My a/c was installed on Saturday but the new thermostat wasn't explained to me. I had to call and have a technician come out on Sunday to set up my thermostat and whether or not to use the sensors. Then the a/c stopped working on Tuesday. I called again and the supervisor came to inspect the a/c. Yes, there was a problem with the install and the supervisor fixed it. When the city inspector came, he noticed that the outside unit did not have the necessary screws to meet code. The inspector approved it and called Lindstrom to come and put in the necessary screws. Lindstrom came and put on the extra screws. Lindstrom sent me the a/c filters. When I went to put in a new filter, I noticed it didn't fit. Again I called and again the supervisor came to my home. Someone sent the wrong size of air filter to me. The supervisor took the incorrect filters and I was sent new filters that fit inside my a/c. While Lindstrom fixed all the problems, it was distressing that I had to keep calling to get someone out to fix what should have been during the installation. I highly recommend the carrier unit but maybe think about a different company to install it.

After reviewing several companies and units we, chose Carrier. the people were efficient , courtesy and didn't waste time. i recommend them all the time.

I am very pleased with the service, price, workers, and equipment.

Great job

Everyone was so professional from Joe in sales to the 6 installers!

Knowledge, Ethics, Quality of work

Chris,Josh,Nate, and Mat were all very professional and made the whole experience very easy and stress free

Great experience throughout the equipment selection and installation process. Install crews are first rate and the duct cleaning guys were very knowledgeable and detailed. Very satisfied!

Though it took forever to get them to set an appointment, I am very happy with the installers who came out to do the installation. They cleaned up after themselves nicely and answered every question I had. Maurice was great at explaining, in detail, how to change the filter and use the new digital thermostat.

The best in the business. Always depend on Lindstrom knowledge and service.

Chris Paul was our installer. We were fortunate to have him since we are hearing impaired. He went thru every steps with us. Even with the Ecobee thermosat. He had lots of patience and time with us even wrote everything down! We appreciated everything he did for us! Bless him and his good heart! So grateful that I stayed with Lindstrom since 2001.

Knowledgeable

Great installation job

Had an AC installed in which I ran into various installation issues. Most of which stemmed from poor oversight and lack of pride in one's work (e.g. running copper over electrical boxes, improper leveling of condenser pad, improper handler box build out, and lying about what was actually complete). I must say all these items were fixed in the end. The operations manager Bob was great to speak to and was willing to do whatever it takes to resolve the issues at hand. However I must say these sort of issues should have never existed, having these identified \& items fixed required me the customer to perform extensive oversight of work being performed of which the average customer may not do. John M., the salesman is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He performed a thorough scope of work during the home visit with detailed explanation and photos of what I wanted done. I'm giving a 4 star (preferably 3.5 stars) because everything up to the installation was great. The installation which is probably the most important part of proper AC operation was a huge headache. However all issues were resolved in the end and post installation and follow up was appreciated. Overall happy with the purchased system it works great. Would I go with this company again, probably so because they do have integrity and was willing to fix all issues.

Our sales consultant, Mike VanBronkhorst was a true Professional and an excellent representative of your company LINDSTROM. He wore his blue booties into my house (very much appreciated), sat down at the table and presented his recommendation for Carrier HVAC SYSTEM. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Christopher, who headed up the installation along with his two assistants, did a great job. He explained the operation of the unit and answered all of our questions. He and his team made sure that everything was cleaned up after the job was completed. Your employees are very well trained I will recommend using your company for purchasing a HVAC system and well as for any service issues. IRIS GRABUSH. CORAL LAKES COMMUNITY

Multiple nicks on wall and floor

Great service team in south Florida

We experience an excellent Lindstrom new AC installation. From the maintenance technician Wilbert diagnosing our AC issue, identifying a refrigerant leak at the coil on an older unit and recommending a replacement instead of a costly repair if our budget would allow. To Steve Blair, the Sales Rep, who thoroughly explained the best AC choice for our room requirement. And finally, an efficient and professional installation team, Christopher Paul, Joshua, Justine and Supervisor Gerard Godfroy. Installation went smoothly; the heating and cooling tested effectively. Total cleanup when all work done.

Work was done efficiently and the service men were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with

Good company, good experience. I had to wait for two days without A/C in the house for them to respond the first time but once I decided to buy a new A/C system, the installation was super fast. This time they accommodated the installation for the next day. Superb installation super fast with knowledgeable techs.

See above comment.

Requested hard copies of signed contract and my receipt. Have not received them yet.

The sales rep is knowledgeable and paired the equipment with my needs. Very prompt installation.

Exceptional personnel handled my installation from start to finish.

Process went smoothly from sales visit, to installation to setting up thermostat

Amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

From appraisal to install, truly amazing. I would highly recommend LINDSTROM

Chris, our lead technician (of 3) did a great job. He was professional, respectful, and very helpful! Mike our sales rep was terrific!

Outstanding installation of new split system Carrier condenser and air handler. Above and beyond what we experienced with previous new installation. Faustin and Stephen were professional, thorough and provided tips and tricks to keep the new system in top shape. Great crew!

Encounter some issues during the installation process, but it was resolved professionally and timely. The Sales representative, installers and other AC technicians were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Even though Lindstrom is very expensive, I feel they are ethical and will continue to provide good customer service.

I always receive good service when I call to check my air conditioning

The best company and service ever!

The entire experience was satisfactory. The Rep that came to my home to discuss the A/C system was knowledgeable and professional. The installers were friendly and professional.

First crew hooked system improperly and handler in attic overflowed through our ceiling. They did respond quickly and replace the handler and will repair the ceiling damage. I understand things happen, however a lot of time, inconvenience and double work occurred because of not having a skilled installation person double check to be sure it was done correctly the first time. The second crew did a good job and the person who came to see what had happened was excellent at identifying the problem.

Excellent staff for installing and maintenance of my previous unit

Lindstorm stands behind their service, with excellent technicians. What I like if there is a second call needed Lindstrom will send the same technician as he knows the issues.

Professional service

Would recommend Lindstrom for air conditioning needs.

Great service and they were able to install the new AC the next day !

Well trained staff in all departments. Great customer service, especially compared to others and the general industry they exist in. I've been in Florida for 45 years and have used many different companies. I've come to the conclusion that when repairs and replacements are needed it pays to go with a large company with well trained employees even if the initial cost is higher. In the end it's worth it due to less frustration, aggravation, call backs, and additional expense. I have no affiliation with Lindstrom, just a satisfied customer on multiple occasions.

I got bids from 3 different, well\-thought of, companies. Lindstrom's sales person was the most knowledgeable, took the least amount of time, and was, of course, courteous. Installation was completed the NEXT day, in a few hours, exactly as promised; all the installers were courteous, worked hard, and were helpful with answering questions and giving practical advice. Before the installers left, a supervisor showed up, checked every thing, asked the installers questions and verified that the work had been done properly. Two days after installation I noticed a slow, drip\-drip\-drip, leak. The next day it was repaired\-\-two pipes that had not been glued were fixed, new insulation installed around the pipes, and all done in 15 minutes. A week after installation I received a box of cold air return #8 filters\-\-a supply for the first year. Couldn't be more pleased.

From Sales to Installation: very good experience

Team was elite and worked as one. Most impressive.

Thanks Lindstrom for many years of GREAT service

I know Carrier air conditioners are top of the line and last almost forever. I like to comment on the remarkable service I received. Most people today don't take the time to go over things with you. But Joe Sestito did, from helping me with getting the right size AC unit, explaining all the other information about warranties and the installation process I needed to know. The best was the service from the installers it was excellent. Faustin did the inside air handler and Barris outside unit. From putting protection down on my floor to the clean up at the end, both worked nonstop and did exceptional work. It would be nice if there was some kind of reward system so they could get gift cards. I thank them all for the great job.

Have been with Lindstrom Air for over 20 years at different homes and am extremely pleased with their service.

Excellent service

Getting a quote on replacement systems was quick and easy. The installation crew were on time and efficient on the installation.

Brand new Carrier 3 ton 2 stage install. Disappointing...first they wedged the new compressor against my well pump (preventing access to the pump). After complaining the compressor should be moved (they should have realized it but were too lazy), a crew from dumb \& dumber moved the unit after extending my slab. They left, never bothering to check if the unit was working \- which it wasn't. Called Lindstrom again .. shocker , the slab crew tore a wire off my NEW compressor. Finally fixed ... now it appears that the A/C is not blowing sufficient cool air to lower the temp in my loft... After 20+ years with Lindstrom ... it may be time for a change!

Great all around experience with Lindstrom from start to finish.

Everything was delivered as promised; I recommend this high\-quality service provider for all your HVAC needs

Excellent recommendation that fulfilled my needs. The installation was clean and timely. This company delivers.

Service Men arrived on time and completed the installation in the morning. Explanations for the operation and maintenance of the 5 ton system provided

Install was great the techs really knew their stuff. Unfortunately the sales staff not so much. Looked at two units. Told the sales guy I wanted the better unit higher priced but worth it. When the install was complete and I was getting ready to pay I noticed the price being too low and the tech informed me that I got the 2 stage unit not the 5 stage I wanted. I contacted the sales guy who said I had sent in the signed quote for the 2 stage. My files indicated differently, but the unit is already in.

Being a Landlord, I appreciate Lindstrom sending a photo of the individual coming out to my house and noting that all of their employees have background checks. They are, after all, coming into my home. Their work is flawless and the associates who have come out to work on my home central AC's have always been top notch. As for Carrier, I had a larger rental property before and all our units were Carrier. Very satisfied with Carrier.

Always a pleasure working with them!

I am pleased with the product and service

Easy and professional to work with

Good service and quality equipment

Great service ! My daughter referred us to your company and we are very happy with the professionalism and hard work. Thank you

My replacement air conditioning units were installed by well trained professionals who respected my home!

As it stands right now, the service was very good, and the installer and the Gerard Godfroy were GREAT.

Stephen did an outstanding job removing and replacing my air conditioner

5 stars all the way.

From start to finish Service was Exceptinol People so professional.

The install was seamless....

Company showed up on time, answered all questions, left the choice to the customer and did not try and sell us something we did not need.

THEY HAVE THE PARTS IN STOCK FOR IMMEDIATE INSTALL OR REPAIR

Installation of new A/C System was expertly done. My house was left cleaner than when the crew arrived! New system is working great!

Although there were some issues with the initial install, they were professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. Special shout out to Steve Blair, our sales rep., Travis Davis, Installation Manager, Delon Rooplal, Technician and Stephen Dandrade, Supervisor, who made sure our concerns and issues were properly addressed and ensured the system was installed correctly and operating has it should.

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with

Very professional

Everything was as expected, except the installers broke a bypass switch for the hot water heater. Tight proximity, understandable, but should have been noticed by the installer (the switch was basically in his face the whole time). We noticed the next day, when we had no hot water. I knew there was a bypass switch below the air handler. Sure enough, it was sheared off. The woman on the phone was pretty nasty (it was late in the day) \& basically conferred with someone \& told me "It's your problem". I immediately e\-mailed the service team \& by 11am the next morning, it was resolved by their electrician replacing the switch. It would have been nothing, until she told me it wasn't their problem. Bottom line, it was resolved quickly.

Have been dealing with Lindstrom for 18 years and have always found them to be reliable and reputable.

Lindstrom has always been my ac company they are great

I contacted 6 different local HVAC installation companies when I was looking to replace my AC system (air handler and condenser). The previous system was at least 20 years old, used a lot of power, and had trouble cooling during the summer months. Lindstrom was the most professional of all the companies I contacted, they called me ahead of time to inform me a sales tech was on their way. Sales tech was knowledgeable and didn't try to push unnecessary things even when I asked them about it. The only company to recommend a lower priced/sized unit to me based off the usage patterns and size of the home. They also had well known brands in stock, and was able to give me a straight answer about availability of parts. Sales tech sent me multiple quotes for different size systems and the additional services I inquired (even though they recommended not doing those services) the same day as their visit. Tech wasn't pushy either, and gave me time to considering my options. All communication was handled over email. I was even able to push the install date a week down without any issues. The day of the install the two man crew were courteous and tidy while installing. They made sure all the mistakes of the previous HVAC installer were fixed, and spent time to talk to me about proper maintenance of the units. Lindstrom wasn't the cheapest option, though they weren't the most expensive quote I received. Nevertheless, the ease of working with them, and the quality of the install made the cost well worth it.

Just installed new A/C system. Encountered a problem and found quick and creative solution.

VERY COMPETENT TECHS

They know what the were doing.

My prior A/C unit failed and Lindstrom responded quickly with a service call, which confirmed the need for a replacement system. The sales rep came later in the day and arranged for installation two days later. The installers appeared when expected and installed the units. They were polite, knowledgeable and instructive on use when the process was complete.
