The installation of my new Carrier HE HVAC and Reme Halo systems are complete!!! I was incredibly accurate in choosing Sansone as the contractor to handle this challenging task. Due to my old air handler breaking away from the sheet rock during a metal roof install causing massive growth of black mold in the A/C closet and ductwork, the professionals at Sansone understood the urgency and sprung into action. The old system was removed and the new system installed within days of mold remediation and A/C closet rebuild. From the kind and accommodating young lady who booked my initial inspection, to the customer service staff who were always a text, email or phone call away, to the removals/duct cleaning and final installation of my new units by knowledgeable, professional and unbelievably neat and clean technicians, my overall experience was seamless and beyond exemplary. This company gave me the "breath of fresh air" and feeling of security that well\-surpassed my expectations. I would give the team at Sansone a 10\-Star rating if available!....????????????

I have been using Samson for 29 years with no problems, but this time I had too many problems with the installation. They have to come four times to do it correctly. They need to use qualified technicians.

Sansone was quick to respond to my call for replacing my A/C unit when the compressor unit failed. It was time to replace the unit and Sansone gave me a quote on a Saturday, made my decision on Tuesday and they installed the unit and handler on Wednesday. They crew did a great job and Sansone was responsive and pricing and warranty was competitive.

The installation of the new unit went without a hitch. I would never have believed that it would be that easy and fast. The entire replacement took a total of a little less than four hours total. The installers were very nice and businesslike. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend highly Sansone to anyone looking to get an A/C system. Sansone was recommended to us by a very good friend.

Installer didn't review tax rebate form; it wasn't in the packet. and didn't mention how to clean the drain and how often to do it, I forgot to ask. Overall, they were very professional and seemed very competant. I am a long time customer of Sansone.

Fast service

My AC went out late Saturday and met with Sansone on Sunday. Price was competitive and they were able to schedule my installation for Monday morning. The installers were professional and did a very neat installation. I would highly recommend Sansone.

I contacted sales first thing Friday morning (8am) via email to have a new system installed, I was told by sales rep previously it could be installed the next via email. I had to send another follow up email 2 hours later, sales finally replied around 11:35am "We have it in stock and can installed as soon as tomorrow." I immediately gave them the okay and then didn't hear back again until 1:25pm… Sales replied and informed me it would be installed on Monday so we had to go the weekend without A/C, I completely blame the salesman's lack of effort for this… I was offered a "Sorry" and he threw in a free Ecobee thermostat which I clearly told him I already had in one of my emails. I can only assume he had a better deal going on and completely blew us off. At this point I have no idea why no one could pick up the phone and discuss this sale but we continued via slow email. I'd also like to add that the sales guy didn't thoroughly read my emails and offered no attempt to "upgrade" me to a better unit (which I may have considered) or any extras like a UV light (I purchased and installed my own). Installation was smooth, they showed up on time, acted professional and did a decent, fast job. Unfortunately, we experienced some problems with the compressor over the coming days which is completely NOT the Fault of Sansone, but they handled the ongoing issues poorly and Sales or anyone for that matter has never replied to a single email regarding my concerns with the ongoing issues. To clarify, this was a seven\-thousand\-dollar system installed, I have sent three emails to the sales guy with my concerns and he did not reply once. It seems that once the sale is done, he could care less about any issues afterwards. They have had to come out a total of 4 times now (at no cost to me) and installed two separate devices as an attempt to prevent further issues with the compressor. This easily could have been a positive review, I wasn't looking for discounts or freebies and I never complained about the price of the new system, all I expected was better communication from sales who's job is to sell these Carrier systems with some effort…

Serviceman was in a hurry. Left me hanging with trying to connect new equipment to New Carrier App on phone which so far does not do what the previous app did. New app does not show the face of the thermostat to work with.

I was referred 4 different AC companies to get quotes from. I had 4 different experiences. Sansone came out and did a complete walkthrough, gave me multiple options, and made recommendations (not a hard sell at all). Everything was explained in detail by the consultant (Drew). I then worked with the team regarding the quote and the installation was scheduled and completed within a couple of days of making the decision. The installation crew was professional and friendly and so far the Carrier unit is more than we could have hoped for. Service installation was fast and polite I would have given five stars or everything except for two items the gas line to the furnace was not checked to make sure that it was paid and I had to call the gas company because I started smelling gas the other item was I was disappointed that I did not get a new pan outside for the air conditioner to be on and that the air\-conditioning is put a little close to the shrubbery The technician came out the very next day and made sure everything was correct since I had to call them too check on why my gas was leaking out Jason was my sales person and the tech who came out the next day and received my call on a Sunday about my gas leak and told me what to do while I waited for the gas company to come out Al at 458 Lismore Lane told me to call Sansone because he thought your company would do a good job

I called Sansone on a Thursday afternoon at 3:30 and Anthony was at my house at 6:30 and gave me a proposal. Sansone had 4 techs at the house the next day at 9 am and was finished by 3 pm to install two High Efficiency units (22 S ). The techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. GREAT JOB!!! The Sansone Experience could not have been any better. I will recommend them from now own.

The installers were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. However, 3 days after it was installed, I had a problem getting the heat to work. They had to send someone out to service it, and it was determined it was not installed properly. That was a bit frustrating. They fixed everything and all is good now.

I originally ordered a non\-carrier unit and they did not factor in all of the variables which were discovered prior to starting the installation. We were able to fall back to the Carrier unit and complete the installation. I am dinging them one point on their Expertise and Service since a little more attention to detail could have resolved the issue. I marked them high on problem solving since once the issue was identified they were quick to resolve the problem. They were much more competitive than their competition in the area.

Unhappy with Sansone, Its been 2 days since the AC Comfort unit was installed, I am concern that this AC unit will malfunction in no time. The Condensate TRAP was not installed. The defective Copper Lines connecting the Refrigerant Flow\-Control device were not replaced, in addition the Composite Base Pan provided by Carrier to protect corrosion to the indoor coil was omitter as well. This company is refusing to complete installation. Parts included with the unit package for installation are being omitted and taken away to do business elsewhere. I've requested the parts so I could find a certified installer to complete the installation, but the owner is refusing to do so, taking advantage of doing business with a woman. I am concern I would not recommend this company, I will report this to the BB.

Third unit purchased from Sansone

My 13 year old Lennox blew it's second coil. Filled out the Sansone web contact form and many other companies too at 10PM June 23rd. Kevin @Sansone got back to me within a half hour. The others were sporadic at best, or not at all including the company that installed the Lennox. :( After several emails that night I let Kevin Know I wanted this Infinity model and he told me he could install it on Thursday June 25th. He sent the sales consultant over in the Morning. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional in addressing all my needs and concerns. We made the deal and the installers showed up around 8AM the next morning. Aaron the lead technician was absolutely amazing! I flipped a home or 2 in my day\>\>\> and IMO Aaron should be used to teach others! I had a few questions the second day and Kevin the manager answered them and assured me he would be there anytime I needed him. So far we are THRILLED with our investment! No warm spots in the house and the air is 100% fresher than it was before. 73 degrees feels like 70 throughout the house. Will update in a few months. :)

From the very beginning, the sales person Chris was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable. Then, they came out in the morning to start the installation and all the installers were very friendly and respectful of my home cleanliness as they brought in the new A/C equipment. After installation of the new Carrier unit, it failed to operate. The next day, a service technician from Sansone came, changed a fuse, and later it failed again. Then the same technician returned that same day, and installed all new wiring throughout the air handler system, and so far it has performed very well since then. Thank goodness for good service! Old air conditioner passed away on 6/11/19; New Carrier AC system installed on 6/12/19. The technician L.B. was awesome. We were back in business at the house later in the day. Have been doing business with Sansone for over 10 years for a reason. The people are genuine and that is a rarity in South Florida air\-conditioning.
