Verified PurchaseMy biggest issue is with Carrier. You don't stock adequate levels of replacement parts. The result is weeks without air conditioning. In southwest Florida no less. I will never purchase another one of your products, period....never ever! In addition, the fact that you charge for expedited shipping of critical parts is outrageous. In sum, Carrier...you suck!!
