The installers went above and beyond what they had to do in accomplishing the replacement of my heat pump and air handling units. The lead guy Malcolm was particularly a stickler for addressing imperfections in my system. He and his team corrected a number of deficiencies they noted as the installation effort proceeded. Cleaning up dirty conduit, cleaning out the drain line, cleanup of the heat pump skid, replacing a section of bent/mangled ductwork in the attic, etc. They were at the job early and they worked quickly and efficiently at performing the job ... including correcting the various system deficiencies that they noted as they worked. Overall I was very impressed with the work ethic of the workers and with the quality of the work. Hopefully they are well paid, because good quality conscientious workers are getting harder and harder to find

Price was great compared to other estimates for the same or equivalent product. They installed in a timely manner and completed within 4\-5 hours. Malcolm and his crew were very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The unit looks very nice and very quiet. Working well so far.

My old AC system had been installed in a very illogical area of my attic, which made it almost impossible to service, and was an exceptionally difficult removal. The Bay Area team was very experienced and professional. They knew exactly what to do and handled the new system placement and installation perfectly. There is no substitute for experience!

Unit broke down. Within two hours had a temporary replacement with an installation date for new equipment two days later. I had tenants staying at my house at the time, and due to the swiftest turnaround they were barely inconvenienced.

Bay Area A/C installed our air conditioner 20 years ago in our new house, and they have serviced our equipment throughout that time. Their employees are pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. Their employee, Malcolm, arrived on time and efficiently installed the new equipment. I am a satisfied customer!

Our heat pump was damaged/ totaled after being struck by a vehicle. Bay Area came out and provided us with a portable A/C unit to cool our home until they could install new equipment. Only had to wait 2 days to get replacement equipment installed and running. Great crew!

The thermostate originally installed with our new system was very difficult to operate and we could not adjust the temperature. I w2as somewhat upset that Bay Area charged me $381 dollars to replace the one that they gave me and we could not work.

We were very satisfied with the installation of our new system by both Scott and Matt of Bay Area Air Conditioning Inc. Crystal River, Florida. Both installers seemed very experienced and efficiently went about completing the job in about 3 1/2 hours. Our old unit was a Carrier system and it too was installed by Bay Area 16 years ago. The work on the job was great and our contact with Bay Ares's office staff, Lori Thomas, was also extremely helpful. She was professional and prompt about returning our calls and addressing our concerns.

The professionalism and service rendered by this firm is the best possible and certainly the best I have ever experienced. I have dealt with them 14 years from the construction of my new house, to interim repair and service and they have never disappointed me. So, when it came time for a new system they completed it with expertise, service and efficiency. They even installed a loaner unit until my new system could be installed.

Had old system removed and new carrier heat pump installed. Team experienced some problems on first day due to lack of clearance at my electrical panel. Came back on a Saturday and completed the job. Had installation inspected for code violations and none were found. Excellent company to work with.

We have used bay area air conditioning for years. Never a problem or a complaint.

The thermostat WIFI is not compatible with my Spectrum WIFI. Spectrum tech support told me that I was the second Infinity installation that week that wouldn't connect. I was able to work around the problem by installing a WIFI bridge.

I HAVE HAD THIS DEALER FOR 22 YEARS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD . CARRIER IS THE BEST QUALITY AIR CONDITIONER ON THE MARKET.

All Bay Area employees that I encountered on this job (in office or field) were friendly, professional \& efficient.. One problem I have is that my Last Name on the Product Registration certificate is spelled JASSEL \& it should be JASSIL. The records need to be changed to reflect the proper spelling, JASSIL. I have been a Bay Area customer for about 30 years \& do not have any reason for considering a change.

Installers were excellent. Came did their job and very knowledgeable.

My only complaint is the installers dumped their vaccum cleaner in my flower bed,
