Did a professional job going above and beyond. Very trustworthy, gave them a house key and I left for the week came home to a cool house. Worth every penny.building inspector said it was a job well done with no issues. This company has a great team from office to mechanics. You can tell they Take pride in there work.

Schedule appt after hours the day the AC quit working. Had service technician the next morning

Tyler and Brenden did such a superior job. not just their technical expertise, but their customer interaction. They answered all our questions and told us things we did not know to ask. They stressed regular changing of filters, what to do if the thermostat shuts off, cleaning and rinsing the drain tube. We got to watch Brenden as he did our in unit install while Tyler did the roof install. It was like watching a well choreographed install. Not a wasted motion, no stopping to think what is next. I cannot thank these guys and the staff at Kabran enough.

We have had excellent service from Kabran for over 25 years at our Condo in Cocoa Beach. They are top notch in their technical assistance … we just had a new system installed and their workmanship is of highest quality. We couldn't be happier with Kabran's service and expertise.

Professional expertise

Installers were very polite and professional. They took care to respect property. Installers answered all my questions and gave suggestions for maintaining the system.

They left my condo just as clean as before they arrived. No mess, no fuss. They took time to explain everything to us also.

Got a call the next day after inquiring on their website, a rep came out the same day, install scheduled that same week. Install guys were very professional, neat, and knowledgeable. AC handler and condenser were removed/installed in 5 hours.

Our air conditioning unit went out in our condo and we called Kabran; they responded immediately and came the same day to assess the situation. Our unit was 14 years old and needed replacement. Somehow Kabran was able to replace the unit with a brand\-new one in an unbelievably short amount of time. Their work was outstanding and they totally cleaned up after themselves. They give a fantastic warranty and very friendly service. We highly recommend them and give them a very big thanks.

I have been using Kabran Air Conditioning Since it was started by Mickey Kabran back in the late 70's or early 80's. They have handled ALL of my commercial and residential service in all of my rentals as well as my personal home and they always provide prompt service, fair prices and unequaled customer service!!

Comfort™ 14 Coastal Install was clean and quick. After completion, installer cleaned up everywhere and provided clear instructions for use and maintenance. Awesome products.

Kabran Air Conditioning has been servicing all of my business and personal needs for over 40 years. I meet Mickey Kabran as a service tech in 1972 or 73. He serviced all of my equipment when he worked for Atlantic Air and when in the late 70's or early 80's he opened his own business I switched to his business since he had been giving me great service for years. I have never regretted my decision as the Kabran Family has taken great care of my needs and has never let me down. Most of my needs are 7days a week and 24 h ours a day and they have continued to provide excellent and timely service. They have even survived and prospered after the death of the founder and the son taking over the business. Mike the son has made his dad proud I am sure as he has excelled at growing the business and brining in great new staff as he has grown the business year after year.. They have a service manager Jim Provoncha who truly cares about his customers and routinely goes out to check on the needs of his customers. I cannot say enough great things about this company!!

Great Service

Overall they are a great company and I would highly recommend! It would be helpful if they could spend a little more time going over the digital wi/fi thermostat, but this is something you can do on our own.

Kabran Air has always been honest, efficient and fair in repair costs. So when we needed a new one we went with them and it was a great experience. While educating me on the new unit choices they also gave us a great price . They are the best in the region!

From past experience with customer service, quality of work and integrity; I normally don't deal with the larger companies, but I was very please from the initial phone call to the representative that came out to provide the initial quote and then again with the (2) technicians that performed my replacement. They explained the process, answered any questions I had and excellent job with installation/clean\-up. I perform Home Inspections for a living and for anyone looking for service in Brevard County, would definitely recommend Kabran AC and Heat.

Installers were prompt and courteous.

In a current climate where most AC companies are dealing with a 2\-3 month lead time due to a lack of supplies, Kabran underpromised and over\-delivered. They also turned the entire project around from bid to install in less than 30 days. I couldn't be happier with their service and timeliness.

Very quick to start installation, courteous and knowledgeable

Everything was perfect except the installers were supposed to call me after they left the first job of the day so I could meet them when they arrived as my wife works from home and couldn't be bothered. They called after they were already at the house which really wasn't a big deal, but not how the install arrangements where scheduled. Kabran is a longtime local company which has a very good reputation.

Delane thoroughly explained the a/c system, Cost, install and showed up the morning of the install to make sure the entire crew was on the same page. The technician were professional and neat. Everything was spotless when the left.

Garrett and Robert did an excellent job considering the excessive heat of the day. Checked, checked and re\-checked.

No one every looks forward to having to replace their AC but the staff at Kabran made this experience a lot more tolerable. From the original diagnosis of needing a new unit to picking the right unit for the house and having it installed they did a great job. Eric and Raul did an outstanding job replacing the entire system, the new air handler in the garage looks great.

This includes the tech who originally visited to Jason and Mark in the office, as well as their supporting cast. The knowledge and courtesy all the way around is not to be surpassed. The Technician, Christian, took the time to introduce me to the Carrier products, answer my questions and ultimately coming up with a replacement ac compressor and air handler that I am quite happy with. I could have gone with using the old/original handler as Christian explained but I decided that I wanted to go with a new handler. Erik P and Joey H are a great team getting my new system expertly installed all the while being quite pleasant as they worked from the moment they came thru my doorway, Yes, I will continue to contact KABRAN Air for all of my ac/heating needs. Great company. Installation neat.

Wayne was on time for the install. Crane came on time, installation went perfect. I am not used to this great service in Brevard. Usually people don't even call or show up. Great experience.

What appeared to be a pretty straight forward installation turned into a not so straight forward install. While replacing the drain and copper lines in the raceway, the technicians discovered that the raceway was installed incorrectly by the original installers and had filled with dirt, debris. They diligently applied their expertise and were able to clear the blockage and install the new lines.

Delane was great to work with. Highly recommended!

Old compressor had died. Karan found the problem, obtained the new unit and had it installed in 24 hours.
