Tyler and Brenden did such a superior job. not just their technical expertise, but their customer interaction. They answered all our questions and told us things we did not know to ask. They stressed regular changing of filters, what to do if the thermostat shuts off, cleaning and rinsing the drain tube. We got to watch Brenden as he did our in unit install while Tyler did the roof install. It was like watching a well choreographed install. Not a wasted motion, no stopping to think what is next. I cannot thank these guys and the staff at Kabran enough.

Verified PurchaseWe wild have given 5 stars, but was told new Carrier AC would have a 15.5 SEER, according to Karan Sales Manager Mark Reiss after calling to question why the new AC Condenser with a 14 SEER was to replace an 8-year old 14.5 SEER unit. Mark said the one we were getting was 15.5 SEER. Alas, Kabran Invoice and customer copy document say it's a 14 SEER! I don't know what to believe. Is the one on my condo rooftop a 14 or 15.5 SEER? If nit for this concern, I would have given a 5 Star rating. Installer Raul was very professional. It is he who deserves 5 stars.

April 30, 2021
Kabran Air Conditioning has been servicing all of my business and personal needs for over 40 years. I meet Mickey Kabran as a service tech in 1972 or 73. He serviced all of my equipment when he worked for Atlantic Air and when in the late 70's or early 80's he opened his own business I switched to his business since he had been giving me great service for years. I have never regretted my decision as the Kabran Family has taken great care of my needs and has never let me down. Most of my needs are 7days a week and 24 h ours a day and they have continued to provide excellent and timely service. They have even survived and prospered after the death of the founder and the son taking over the business. Mike the son has made his dad proud I am sure as he has excelled at growing the business and brining in great new staff as he has grown the business year after year.. They have a service manager Jim Provoncha who truly cares about his customers and routinely goes out to check on the needs of his customers. I cannot say enough great things about this company!!

Verified ServiceI asked for a quote to replace my 2.5 T condenser. The rep. measured and photographed my air handler twice, checked and photographed the breaker box, photographed condenser and spent 45 minutes at my dining room table writing a quote. It was a simple request made complex and time consuming. The question and answer should have not exceeded 5 minutes. This lack of customer attention induced me to call another vendor. A 30 second call to get price and delivery and close the deal, and at a price 20% lower. This experience will be shared with others in my community.

From past experience with customer service, quality of work and integrity; I normally don't deal with the larger companies, but I was very please from the initial phone call to the representative that came out to provide the initial quote and then again with the (2) technicians that performed my replacement. They explained the process, answered any questions I had and excellent job with installation/clean\-up. I perform Home Inspections for a living and for anyone looking for service in Brevard County, would definitely recommend Kabran AC and Heat.

November 19, 2020
In a current climate where most AC companies are dealing with a 2\-3 month lead time due to a lack of supplies, Kabran underpromised and over\-delivered. They also turned the entire project around from bid to install in less than 30 days. I couldn't be happier with their service and timeliness.

Everything was perfect except the installers were supposed to call me after they left the first job of the day so I could meet them when they arrived as my wife works from home and couldn't be bothered. They called after they were already at the house which really wasn't a big deal, but not how the install arrangements where scheduled. Kabran is a longtime local company which has a very good reputation.

Verified ServiceIt was a bit of a bait and switch. They had quoted me $700 for the repair, then the price Jumped two 900. They never explained why. Customer service was a bit slow and unreliable. Several times they said they would call back but didn’t. Getting a quote was a bit frustrating since the person I talked to didn’t have the authority or experience to give a final quote.

January 16, 2019
KABRAN Air made my experience seamless from my first phone call to them, to the technician who promptly appeared at my door and to the installers the next day. The knowledge and courtesy all the way around is not to be surpassed. The Technician, Christian, took the time to introduce me to the Carrier products, answer my questions and ultimately coming up with a replacement ac compressor and air handler that I am quite happy with. I could have gone with using the old/original handler as Christian explained but I decided that I wanted to go with a new handler. Erik P and Joey H are a great team getting my new system expertly installed all the while being quite pleasant as they worked from the moment they came thru my doorway, Yes, I will continue to contact KABRAN Air for all of my ac/heating needs. Yes, I will recommend KABRAN Air when asked. Thank you.
