The install went well and the AC unit is excellent

I interviewed and got quotes from several air conditioner companies. I didn’t want the cheapest but I couldn’t afford all the frills. They looked at what I needed and recommended the best unit. My condenser is outside my bedroom window and he selected the quieter most powerful unit and great financing options. I recommend Kalos to everyone in my community.

On the day of installation I met Gilbert and his crew. They were on time (which is very important) and called to let me know they were on the way. They also were very courteous and professional. I had a couple of questions, which were answered to my satisfaction. They told me when they would be finished and they were right on time. They cleaned up very nicely too. These young men seem very good at what they do. I was very satisfied with my installation.

Great to deal with, Needed to replace old A/C unit, have used Kalos on my last two houses, so called them up, they came out and quoted me 3 different units for my needs. We picked the one that fit our wants, efficient, durable, cost effective. Install team was able to replace the entire outside unit, and inside unit in one day, and did an awesome job.

Very friendly and informative, as a first time homeowner, I definitely was not looking forward to the process of replacing my AC, but Kalos made it pretty fast and easy. After the installation, when the city inspector came, he was looking through and chuckled, asking "do you mind if I ask who your contractor was?", I told him Kalos, and he said "I figured". Apparently, they're one of the few contractors that usually go above and beyond and he could recognize their work just at first glance, so it's a great reassurance to me, and I'm very appreciative of all their hard work!

They were great, my only AC company

Helped me with current broken unit and installed new unit and troubleshoot it for me.

The installation of our new AC unit was a big job; more complicated and involved than most. They were here all day working in 97 degree weather. They did a great job and we couldn't be happier!

The techs were on time, they were knowledgeable and friendly. They went right to work and had the new unit installed in about 5.5 hours, they answered all of my questions and even blew off my driveway and sidewalk, good guys and great service, highly recommend Kalos.

Our AC went out and Kalos bent over backwards to bring a mobile AC unit until we could the new AC unit installed. Then they moved up our install date so that we wouldn't be without AC. Front the first meeting to the installation and follow up Kalos is hands down the best HVAC company that I have ever worked with. I would recommend them hands down!!

Had an issue with Florida villa AC on Friday of 4th of July weekend...we were in Maine. They were there within an hour and communicated very well so we knew what was needed. Had to have a recharge done a few weeks ago and decided to install a new system as this was the original system. Yesterday it was done with great results!

I rate them 5 star. I didn't rate the solve problems category as the entire unit was replaced and there were no problems to solve. They were detailed in explaining the product, wore masks, extremely clean, and had shoe protectors coming into the house.

We had a lightning strike 2 years ago. Our existing heat pump was the only thing that was dead. A neighbor recommended that we call Kalos. The technician arrived within 2 hours. He troubleshot the issue and informed us that our surge protector had done it's job and our 12 year old heat pump was ok. He removed the fried surge protector and service the heat pump He could have easily tolyus the heat pump was dead and we would have gotten one then. Foreword 2 years we scheduled the replacement and purchased it from Kalos because of their technicians's honesty and their company reputation!!!
