On the day of installation I met Gilbert and his crew. They were on time (which is very important) and called to let me know they were on the way. They also were very courteous and professional. I had a couple of questions, which were answered to my satisfaction. They told me when they would be finished and they were right on time. They cleaned up very nicely too. Very friendly and informative, as a first time homeowner, I definitely was not looking forward to the process of replacing my AC, but Kalos made it pretty fast and easy. After the installation, when the city inspector came, he was looking through and chuckled, asking "do you mind if I ask who your contractor was?", I told him Kalos, and he said "I figured". Apparently, they're one of the few contractors that usually go above and beyond and he could recognize their work just at first glance, so it's a great reassurance to me, and I'm very appreciative of all their hard work!

Our AC went out and Kalos bent over backwards to bring a mobile AC unit until we could the new AC unit installed. Then they moved up our install date so that we wouldn't be without AC. Front the first meeting to the installation and follow up Kalos is hands down the best HVAC company that I have ever worked with. I would recommend them hands down!!

We had a lightning strike 2 years ago. Our existing heat pump was the only thing that was dead. A neighbor recommended that we call Kalos. The technician arrived within 2 hours. He troubleshot the issue and informed us that our surge protector had done it's job and our 12 year old heat pump was ok. He removed the fried surge protector and service the heat pump He could have easily tolyus the heat pump was dead and we would have gotten one then. Foreword 2 years we scheduled the replacement and purchased it from Kalos because of their technicians's honesty and their company reputation!!!
