HVAC Maintenance

Installation issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Everything is great except the thermostat which is very difficult to program.

Amazing service very professional. Thank you so much the team is amazing. I had 1 small issue Eric fix the issue I would like to say thank you Zac for listening to my needs thank you my new system is amazing

Professional company with years of experience in customer service, installation and fair pricing.

Great service, thorough installation, competitive pricing.

The service technicians were friendly and very professional. They did an excellent job installing my new furnace. I’m really pleased with the results and quality of work. I totally recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

I have had a great experience with Ductworks so far!! :)

Very Professional !

Great experience.

Eric came out quickly and explained all our options. He over the pros and cons and answered all our questions. The office was very helpful to us in dealing with the rebate process. The day of installation, the technicians were on time, friendly and very efficient. They even spread a drop cloth to make sure they did not track on our flooring and cleaned everything up once installation was complete. They then explained how to operate the new system. All in all couldn't be happier. The price was also reasonable.

I recently had a Carrier Infinity AC system installed in my home, and my experience has been a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. The system itself functions well and provides excellent cooling, meeting my expectations in terms of performance. However, I was let down by the initial information provided regarding the multi\-zone feature. During the quoting process, I was assured that the system would support multi\-zone capabilities, only to discover on installation day that additional equipment would be required for this functionality. This discrepancy in information was disappointing and left me feeling misled. Despite the system's performance, this miscommunication has tainted my overall experience with Carrier products.

Excellent service. Professional staff and installers. Quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Ductworks installed 4 Carrier split unit a/c w/heat heads indoors, installed a 3\-ton Carrier compressor outside and upgraded my electrical circuit. Great from beginning to end. Very happy with Ductworks.

Very Friendly and knowledgeable

Great communication, great work, great installers, great all around installation experience.

Went above and beyond including last minute unexpected extra work which literally made our home much safer. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent service

I had an issue with my thermostat and they were out there that day as soon as I was out of work

They were professional and courteous. They were not the lowest bid we received, but we liked the brand of furnace and the warranty info. You get all the info you need in writing.

Duct Works was professional and easily accessible during the whole process from estimate to completion. The entire process took approximately one month, and the finished product was beautifully installed and fully explained to me upon completion. Would recommend highly!

They kept me updated and responded quickly to my questions. They arrived on time and got everything done in a timely manner.

The sales rep went over our different AC options and helped us to decide which was better by answering our questions and going over the specifics as to which AC unit would be best for our home. Installation went smoothly. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleanly.

The weather was terrible with lots of rain. I was worried my house would be a mess from the installation. They covered all flooring to keep my hardwood floors clean. The install was quick (4hr). The only issue was the ducted system did not work due to a bad circuit board. They came out with new ones but after 3 additional visits, they were able to get it working. Very satisfied with the system and the service. Only complaint is there was damage to my bathroom light which was suppose to be resolved but no one has called me about it. Suggestions to improve the service would be a more in depth explanation of how to operate the system and maintain the units. I was not inform of any manuals or instructions to care for the system.

Excellent installation of A/C and Heater

the whole crew was excellent

Excellent service and installation!

Excellent \& timely service

Very happy with install of new furnace! Jordan and Mike were great and did a fantastic job!

The sales person that first came to the house was excellent. It was installed on the day it was scheduled for. The installers were very professional and courteous. Wish I had the outside unit installed closer to the house. The original salesman came to the house after the installers left to go over new system operation and check the installation. An installation mistake was found, which was corrected on the spot. Since the installation we are very happy with the new system. We are looking forward to seeing how this new system effects our electric usage.

Great all around

We would recommend this company and the technicians. They worked non stop, solved some issues and were very helpful explaining what they were going to do. Also they helped us understand the units operation.

Very professional and clean installation. Highly recommend.

Eric was great to work with. Installation guys were great too and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional

Professional, neat and honest. Highly recommend.

Very professional, and knowledgeable company. From the first visit to begin the pricing/bidding process. To the office staff. To the very end/installation. Everyone answered any and all questions to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Ductworks to family and friends

Everything went smoothly from the man who came to explain the product, and the installation of the AC. Everyone was friendly, and very professional.

Replace home a/c and air handler. Fair price. Arrived on time, completed work in a few hours. Cleaned up site. Very clean work including "booties" for inside work and professional tarps to protect stairs, floors, and railings. Answered all our questions professionally. Customer focused.

Great company and work.

The installation crew couldn't have been more efficient, nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish! Complete install only took 4 hours just in time for lunch.

Each workers from Ductworks was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Workers were on time, professional and knowledgeable!

Team was extremely professional in all regards

They came in early in the morning to install the unit and were done by early afternoon. Everything works well and they answered all my questions

Service was perfect.

From our initial phone call, through the estimate and the installation, Ductworks has exceeded our expectations. And, a week after installation, when we called because we really weren't certain the units were working properly, a technician arrived 30 minutes later to give us a lesson!

Excellent

great

Excellent, from start to finish.

My experience with the sales rep and installation crew was excellent. Great people.

The installation Crew worked quickly and professionally, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. They did neglect to program the hydronic start temperature, and had to do it on a service call.

Good service and communication, friendly knowledgeable technicians

I'm very happy with my new Carrier HVAC system. DuctWorks did a great job with the installation.

Timely and courteous

It was a large task removing my old Sunbeam Furnace. Although it never gave me any problems I could no longer find anyone to give me a service contract. Because of its age it was now obsolete and parts no longer existed. Rather than take a chance of making through another winter without any problems. I had it replaced with the furnace that seemed to have the best ratings in all the research I was able to find on current models. The new Carrier has freed up a great deal of space in my basement too. This was in the nick of time because the temperature at nights this week are in the 40s. So far everything has gone smoothly. I hope it will have a long trouble free life too. The men who removed and installed the new furnace kept all their appointments and left neater than when they arrived. Online notices with pictures of who to expect were appreciated.

Better than expected

due to the extreme heat conditions they were excellent

The. technicians were hardworking, knowledgeable and polite.

Punctual Reliable Great install

They are definitely expensive, (when we shopped around they were almost the most expensive of all the vendors we talked too) but all the other cheaper services were booked weeks/months out and Ductworks was able to install the this unit within 2 weeks, which was the fastest. So faster service in exchange for more expensive price.

Professional and efficient from start to finish! All the staff were helpful and engaged in ensuring that things went smoothly. Very satisfied.

Very professional and knowledgeable!

Everyone we dealt with from the first phone call to the end of the installation were all very friendly and helpful. The installers answered all our questions. The system runs great!

efficient, friendly, listen to concerns

Extremely professional and quick service. Took care of all of our needs and exceeded my expectations. Extremely happy with everything and everyone involved.

All the technicians were kind and courteous.

The team that came out was awesome. They did great work, did not leave a mess, and worked around me while I was working from home. Also they were very knowledgeable of the system and were able to answer all my questions.

I had a great experience from Eric who came out to give is an estimate and in speaking with ladies in office anoit my ipcoming install. The day of install the team was on time and cery professional. My only critique would be thst they cleaned the upstairs inside of my home but the outside and part of thr 1st floor was not cleaned. There was a ton of fiberglass and debris all ocer my porch, grass and driveway. Mu husband had to go out and clean up after they left. However with that said, the team was cery nice efficient and explained the system to us.

Friendly people but not very good service. Installation was quick but they left the house a mess. No clean up. Installed system is not adequate to keep house cool. During installation we heard the installers talking among themselves about how the system they were installing would not be sufficient to keep house cool. They were right. I wish they had mentioned their feelings to me before installing system. Installed system also did not pass inspection by town building inspector. The inspector pointed out numerous problems with the system and specifically the electrical install. Have notified Ductworks of the failed inspection and have gotten no response or resolution. Also staff provided very limited training on use of the system. The little training they provided seemed to be a major chore which they did not want to do. Very disappointing result

I've been with this company for many years and wouldn't go to anyone else. Always efficient and they answer all my questions. They get the job done.

Installation went exactly as planned by an excellent installer

They arrived when they said they would. They completed the installation capably and swiftly. They left everything neat and clean.

Chris and Jordan were very courteous. They explained the work to be done before. After the work was completed, they explained how to work the units, showed me the completed work and did a great job cleaning up. Very happy with this experience!

Cannot say ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about Duct Works Heating \& Cooling. They arrived at 7:15 a.m. left at 3:30 p.m.. Installation complete. You wouldn't have known that they had been there. Everything cleaned up \& all rubbish gone. I have never had the pleasure of having such courteous workman as they were. I worked for UTC for 36 years and never saw a team work together as they did. They complemented each other like a well oiled machine. I will recommend Duct Works to all my friends.

Installation of New gas furnace was handled quickly as well as professionally. The installation crew listened to the concerns of the Building Inspector from the town and fulfilled his requests promptly.

I cannot say enough about Ductwork's. The gentlemen were professional, neat, courteous and informative.

Referral from a friend

This is the second home Ductworks has done for me and I have always been happy with the installers and the system. Good company to deal with

I've always had a great experience with Ductworks which led me to go ahead and have them replace my AC rather than go with a different company that I didn't know.

Installed the system in about 6 hours. System running fine

The teams of installers were professional, knowledgeable, ready to answer all questions thoroughly and very polite. They left my home spotless inside and outside. I had three quotes and Ductworks was in between the other two in price. I chose them due to their ratings and the professionalism of the salesman. He also would reply to any questions I had emailed him very quickly.

Seamless process from bid to install.

Our experience with the Ductworks crew was simply superb. These guys worked incredibly hard over two days installing our system and they did it mostly in the remnants of a hurricane. They were soaked but still found the time to clean up, and joke around with our kids who were very interested in the ongoings. We cannot thank them enough or recommend them more.

Very clean and easy to work with

Very professional but left a hole in a bedroom by their error. Made full payment today to apply for rebate. Looking forward to Duct Works to repair the hole. Have not heard from the repair manager yet but it's early and I'm hopeful...

Our installation had a few hiccups but the Ductworks installers worked through the issues and completed a proper installation. We are completely satisfied with Ductworks from the first consultation to the final checkin from the office staff.

Ductworks installers were efficient, friendly\- answered all my questions. They cleaned up and kept me informed of the process. They were wonderful!!

The crew knew what they were doing and I was surprised how quickly they got everything done. To elaborate a little further about the question below our association president, Judy Dutcher was the one who recommended you.

Excellent workmanship and knowledge of the air conditioning unit that was installed in our home. Never thought that we could have central air in our home since we don't have ductwork .

The new furnace and airconditioner was installed very quickly and efficiently by Ductwork's professionals. They also removed the old equpment and left our home as clean as when they first entered it.

VERY responsive and knowledgeable.

The new air conditioner came just before the heat wave and cools off the condo quickly. I even used the heat on a few damp days and that is also working well.

There were some initial install issues, but Ductworks was quick to correct them.

Great service from initial contact through installation completion.

true craftmanship

Thank you for another amazing install. Ductworks is hands down the best HVAC company in the area. The job is always on time and any concerns that arise during the install are addressed immediately. I would recomend them to any one looking for piece of mind.

99% satisfied

Everything was handled very well. The install took most of the day and everything was explained to us.We were given good instructions the day before on what to expect.

Very professional, timely, and knowledgeable start to finish!

Ductworks was by far the best contractor we worked with, from the sales process to the installation. Install went extremely smooth, and the team was very respectful of our home. We are very happy with the product and workmanship on the install.

Most professional and thorough organization that I've dealt with in a while. Delivered on what they promised. Very efficient installation and friendly and knowledgeable employees. I would strongly recommend them without hesitation.

From the initial call to the final installation, top quality service the entire way.

Ductworks is always top notch. They communicate well, are on time, and perform good work. We've used them twice and have had pleasant experiences both times. Would use again.

Installation looks ok so far. Have not looked closely yet. Did find some personal effects broken and our snacks and drinks they consumed. I was hole all day and would have moved items for them. Also would have likely given them what they ate and drank if asked. Lastly electrician landed a 4x4 that may interfere with solar electrical panels. Another area I could have helped if I was asked or knew.

the crew was swift, worked extremely well together, and they cleaned up so well....excellent experience.

THANK YOU. GREAT JOB.

Worked well with my needs and wants

A few days ago, our heating system stopped working. After considering different options to repair it, we decided to replace both the heating and cooling system, since it was an old one and the cost of the repairs was not worth the expense. We considered several companies and brands and in the end, we decided to go with Carrier and Ductworks. Our experience was excellent. It began with our initial contact call with Lynn. She scheduled a visit to our home that same day. Eric came to our home and presented us with 3 different alternatives to replace our equipment. He provided all the relevant information and documentation about the equipment. After we decided to accept Ductwork's proposal, the installation was set immediately. The installation crew was very respectful and worked fast. We are working from home and stayed at the home during the installation, along with our 3 dogs, and that was not an issue for Ductworks. In the end, Ryan walked with us and showed us the equipment, features, and the new thermostat functions. We decided to go with the Infinity series; totally worth it. The way that the system performs it is really impressive and different from what we have. You are welcome to visit me to see my brand new equipment. :\-)

Good service

We are regular customer for service.

Very professional, prompt, courteous

Ductworks is a Wonderful Company! Entire Project was flawless from beginning to end, thanks to their skilled staff , I highly recommend this great company!!

These folks are THE BEST.

The team at Ductworks is top notch. They have done two projects for us and we have recommended them to others.

Ductworks did a great job installing our mini ductless system. They were clean, friendly and professional. As my wife said, "the system looks as though it was aways there". Thanks Again Ductworks!

No complaints, everything went smoothly, no problems.

Ductworks found that my furnace was not working during a service inspection and had a team at my house to install a new system 2 days later.

Saw ad on billboard in town of Old Saybrook

Great service from figuring out my needs to the installation. No complaints.

I would highly recommend

Eric was very helpful in explaining equipment options, rebates and what to expect on day of installation. Followup by Amanda concerning Town permitting was also very much appreciated.

Installation went smoothly, discussed location of furnace humidifier and answered all questions. My only comment is I found several sheet metal screws in the driveway after the job was completed.

The staff and technicians at Ductworks are highly professional and a pleasure to work with.

Could not have asked for better service. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

I didn't regret my decision. They know there product. Trained well and very professional.

Spilled oil on my driveway. Left a lot of annoying spots. I had to call for them to come fix but they only made it worse by scratching up my nice driveway

They were prompt, courteous, and worked quickly, a blessing considering how badly we needed air conditioning, but they did not clean up after themselves as well as I expected leaving a great deal of brick dust behind on my hardwood floors.

Had my central air unit installed in one as scheduled very knowledgeable work crew and staff.

The two installers worked tirelessly and did a wonderful job. I don't think they stopped from the minute they got here until they left. Had to carry a very heavy unit down from the attic which was 2 flights up. As difficult as this was considering they had to navigate a narrow, curved stairway, I was amazed at their ability to accomplish the job. Very efficient, hard workers. Would recommend them to anyone.

Nothing but good things to say about Eric and the whole team at Ductworks. Professional, prompt and clean. Great install experience.

Very professional and courteous. They made sure they answered all my questions.

Eric was amazing to work with. He explained everything to us in simple terms before the installation. The workers are work horses and very professional. I would remember this to anyone looking for a great, professional experience!!! Thank you

Ductworks outstanding company

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. the installers were on time, did a great job and cleaned up when they were done. I would highly recommend Ductworks!

REPS/INSTALLERS WERE THE BEST OF THE BEST.

In comparing to other competitors in the proposal process there is no comparison on both price and knowledge of the Sale Rep. (Eric). Five Star for Eric and team from the start to end of the process (Proposal and Installation of a new AC and Furnace). Every step of the way communication and preparation was timely and informative. Not to mention the patience to address all my questions. Thank you all!

Excellent workmanship

I would recommend Ductworks to everyone their personal and knowledge is the best.

tHE 3 YOUNG MEN THAT DID THE INSTALLATION WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING.

They were a pleasure to deal with. I have already recommended them to a neighbor. They are an excellent company to work with.

They knew what they were doing and we are very pleased

Clean, courteous crew that were all efficient and took time to answer questions along the way. Recommended them to a neighbor and today she is getting her new air conditioner installed! Erik and the crew were great. They even went above and beyond to keep my old unit limping along so we could make it to our install date after the heat wave.

Excellent from start to finish

New installation of heat pump, gas furnace \& Ductwork. Professional \& on time with installation.

When I purchased my new home the AC wasn't working, in 90+ degree heat no less. In less than 1 week they were able to get the old system out and a new one installed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great crew, would definitely recommend to others

The information and office communication throughout the process was impeccable. Installation was timely and well\-managed. The product is working beyond my expectations. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Made my new AC and furnace install to be done before my surgery date. So I could come home and have a comfortable place to recuperate.

Great service.

We just had a new system installed in an antique home, which is not the easiest job. Ductworks got back with quick responses after our initial visit and estimate. The job was done quickly and cleanly. The installers worked very hard, were polite, and helpful when questions or concerns arose. Ductworks was prompt, professional, and hardworking. We highly recommend them.

Great job never knew they were in the housel would recommend ??

installing crew was friendly, knowledgeable and left everything clean after the job was done.

Neat, efficient installation. The crew was polite and friendly.

The company was very responsive, one of the only 24 hour places that responded to my emergency call on Memorial Day. By that Friday I had a quote for a new system and it was installed in less than 2 weeks. Felt they were very knowledgeable, provided great service, and took good care of my home during the old system removal and new installation. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Unit was non\-functional, they came out right away to fix

They are knowledgeable, clean and efficient. The cost was fair and competitive.

From start to finish, the installation of furnace, central air and humidifier was performed with great care and completeness. The team arrived on time and walked me through everything I needed to utilize the new equipment to it's fullest potential.

We have used Ductworks for several years for new installations, service and repairs. I have full confidence in their expertise, recommendations and delivery of the product and their service. It is a pleasure to work with their office, installation and service staff.
