Eric came out quickly and explained all our options. He over the pros and cons and answered all our questions. The office was very helpful to us in dealing with the rebate process. The day of installation, the technicians were on time, friendly and very efficient. They even spread a drop cloth to make sure they did not track on our flooring and cleaned everything up once installation was complete. They then explained how to operate the new system. All in all couldn't be happier. The price was also reasonable.

I recently had a Carrier Infinity AC system installed in my home, and my experience has been a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. The system itself functions well and provides excellent cooling, meeting my expectations in terms of performance. However, I was let down by the initial information provided regarding the multi\-zone feature. During the quoting process, I was assured that the system would support multi\-zone capabilities, only to discover on installation day that additional equipment would be required for this functionality. This discrepancy in information was disappointing and left me feeling misled. Despite the system's performance, this miscommunication has tainted my overall experience with Carrier products.

Ductworks installed 4 Carrier split unit a/c w/heat heads indoors, installed a 3\-ton Carrier compressor outside and upgraded my electrical circuit. Great from beginning to end. Very happy with Ductworks.

I had an issue with my thermostat and they were out there that day as soon as I was out of work

They were professional and courteous. They were not the lowest bid we received, but we liked the brand of furnace and the warranty info. You get all the info you need in writing.

Duct Works was professional and easily accessible during the whole process from estimate to completion. The entire process took approximately one month, and the finished product was beautifully installed and fully explained to me upon completion. Would recommend highly!

They kept me updated and responded quickly to my questions. They arrived on time and got everything done in a timely manner.

The sales rep went over our different AC options and helped us to decide which was better by answering our questions and going over the specifics as to which AC unit would be best for our home. Installation went smoothly. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleanly.

The weather was terrible with lots of rain. I was worried my house would be a mess from the installation. They covered all flooring to keep my hardwood floors clean. The install was quick (4hr). The only issue was the ducted system did not work due to a bad circuit board. They came out with new ones but after 3 additional visits, they were able to get it working. Very satisfied with the system and the service. Only complaint is there was damage to my bathroom light which was suppose to be resolved but no one has called me about it. Suggestions to improve the service would be a more in depth explanation of how to operate the system and maintain the units. I was not inform of any manuals or instructions to care for the system.

The sales person that first came to the house was excellent. It was installed on the day it was scheduled for. The installers were very professional and courteous. Wish I had the outside unit installed closer to the house. The original salesman came to the house after the installers left to go over new system operation and check the installation. An installation mistake was found, which was corrected on the spot. Since the installation we are very happy with the new system. We are looking forward to seeing how this new system effects our electric usage.

Timely and courteous

It was a large task removing my old Sunbeam Furnace. Although it never gave me any problems I could no longer find anyone to give me a service contract. Because of its age it was now obsolete and parts no longer existed. Rather than take a chance of making through another winter without any problems. I had it replaced with the furnace that seemed to have the best ratings in all the research I was able to find on current models. The new Carrier has freed up a great deal of space in my basement too. This was in the nick of time because the temperature at nights this week are in the 40s. So far everything has gone smoothly. I hope it will have a long trouble free life too. The men who removed and installed the new furnace kept all their appointments and left neater than when they arrived. Online notices with pictures of who to expect were appreciated.

They are definitely expensive, (when we shopped around they were almost the most expensive of all the vendors we talked too) but all the other cheaper services were booked weeks/months out and Ductworks was able to install the this unit within 2 weeks, which was the fastest. So faster service in exchange for more expensive price.

I had a great experience from Eric who came out to give is an estimate and in speaking with ladies in office anoit my ipcoming install. The day of install the team was on time and cery professional. My only critique would be thst they cleaned the upstairs inside of my home but the outside and part of thr 1st floor was not cleaned. There was a ton of fiberglass and debris all ocer my porch, grass and driveway. Mu husband had to go out and clean up after they left. However with that said, the team was cery nice efficient and explained the system to us.

Friendly people but not very good service. Installation was quick but they left the house a mess. No clean up. Installed system is not adequate to keep house cool. During installation we heard the installers talking among themselves about how the system they were installing would not be sufficient to keep house cool. They were right. I wish they had mentioned their feelings to me before installing system. Installed system also did not pass inspection by town building inspector. The inspector pointed out numerous problems with the system and specifically the electrical install. Have notified Ductworks of the failed inspection and have gotten no response or resolution. Also staff provided very limited training on use of the system. The little training they provided seemed to be a major chore which they did not want to do. Very disappointing result

I've been with this company for many years and wouldn't go to anyone else. Always efficient and they answer all my questions. They get the job done.

They arrived when they said they would. They completed the installation capably and swiftly. They left everything neat and clean.

Chris and Jordan were very courteous. They explained the work to be done before. After the work was completed, they explained how to work the units, showed me the completed work and did a great job cleaning up. Very happy with this experience!

Cannot say ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about Duct Works Heating \& Cooling. They arrived at 7:15 a.m. left at 3:30 p.m.. Installation complete. You wouldn't have known that they had been there. Everything cleaned up \& all rubbish gone. I have never had the pleasure of having such courteous workman as they were. I worked for UTC for 36 years and never saw a team work together as they did. They complemented each other like a well oiled machine. I will recommend Duct Works to all my friends.

Installation of New gas furnace was handled quickly as well as professionally. The installation crew listened to the concerns of the Building Inspector from the town and fulfilled his requests promptly.

Seamless process from bid to install.

Our experience with the Ductworks crew was simply superb. These guys worked incredibly hard over two days installing our system and they did it mostly in the remnants of a hurricane. They were soaked but still found the time to clean up, and joke around with our kids who were very interested in the ongoings. We cannot thank them enough or recommend them more.

Very professional but left a hole in a bedroom by their error. Made full payment today to apply for rebate. Looking forward to Duct Works to repair the hole. Have not heard from the repair manager yet but it's early and I'm hopeful...

Excellent workmanship and knowledge of the air conditioning unit that was installed in our home. Never thought that we could have central air in our home since we don't have ductwork .

The new furnace and airconditioner was installed very quickly and efficiently by Ductwork's professionals. They also removed the old equpment and left our home as clean as when they first entered it.

The new air conditioner came just before the heat wave and cools off the condo quickly. I even used the heat on a few damp days and that is also working well.

Installation looks ok so far. Have not looked closely yet. Did find some personal effects broken and our snacks and drinks they consumed. I was hole all day and would have moved items for them. Also would have likely given them what they ate and drank if asked. Lastly electrician landed a 4x4 that may interfere with solar electrical panels. Another area I could have helped if I was asked or knew.

Worked well with my needs and wants

A few days ago, our heating system stopped working. After considering different options to repair it, we decided to replace both the heating and cooling system, since it was an old one and the cost of the repairs was not worth the expense. We considered several companies and brands and in the end, we decided to go with Carrier and Ductworks. Our experience was excellent. It began with our initial contact call with Lynn. She scheduled a visit to our home that same day. Eric came to our home and presented us with 3 different alternatives to replace our equipment. He provided all the relevant information and documentation about the equipment. After we decided to accept Ductwork's proposal, the installation was set immediately. The installation crew was very respectful and worked fast. We are working from home and stayed at the home during the installation, along with our 3 dogs, and that was not an issue for Ductworks. In the end, Ryan walked with us and showed us the equipment, features, and the new thermostat functions. We decided to go with the Infinity series; totally worth it. The way that the system performs it is really impressive and different from what we have. You are welcome to visit me to see my brand new equipment. :\-)

They were prompt, courteous, and worked quickly, a blessing considering how badly we needed air conditioning, but they did not clean up after themselves as well as I expected leaving a great deal of brick dust behind on my hardwood floors.

Had my central air unit installed in one as scheduled very knowledgeable work crew and staff.

The two installers worked tirelessly and did a wonderful job. I don't think they stopped from the minute they got here until they left. Had to carry a very heavy unit down from the attic which was 2 flights up. As difficult as this was considering they had to navigate a narrow, curved stairway, I was amazed at their ability to accomplish the job. Very efficient, hard workers. Would recommend them to anyone.
