My 21 year old original furnace didn't work when we got our first cold nights. A.E Olsen tried replacing some parts to get it to work for another season, but to no avail. After a couple of weeks, I decided not to wait for back\-ordered parts to come in, but to replace the old unit with a new one. Over the course of several service calls, plus the installation, I got to meet many of the guys on the A.E. Olsen team. The admin staff were always very friendly every time I called the office. It's a great crew. Ryan was very personable, and helpful with the equipment financing option. I knew that they were on a several weeks wait list, but they still got the new furnace installed the day after they took delivery of it! Thank you to the whole crew!

It all started this Summer with a new Carrier AC at our home. And "lucky" for us it ended recently with a new furnace too. Both units were close to 20 years old. In each situation this company handled every aspect of the projects seamlessly...from our initial request for assistance through installation. The office personnel were knowledgeable and understanding that these issues needed to be addressed promptly. No Problem! And the service staff of Donny and Alex who did both are jobs were great. Starts with booty's at the door and ends with the work site cleaner than it was upon arrival. I love neatness. Professional and knowledgeable also are important too!
