Our 17 year old AC system failed with big leak in coils. Chris @ nutmeg worked with me to understand my needs by asking questions on how my old system met our needs, provided right advice to choose right sized system. As we went through single stage to multistage to heat pump options over multiple calls, he patiently listened, answered my questions and ended up with a different design than initial proposal (heat pump vs initial single stage system). He stayed in touch through procurement until the end. He took care of the registration of the system and rebate submittal too

Nutmeg sales and install teams very knowledgeable of the Carrier heating and AC product line. Only had experience with Performance AC units up to this point. I will know how the Infinity furnaces perform when the weather gets colder. The two stage AC units make a big difference.
