We contracted with New England Oil Company (dba New England Total Energy) through Home Depot. Their bid was significantly lower than two others for the same equipment. The salesperson, Rocco Fabrizio, was very responsive and gave me the info I needed, also followed up after installation. Installation appears to have been done well (it's working great). The only complaints I have are a few shortcuts/inattentiveness of the installers: they didn't carefully check that the ducts were well sealed \-\- obvious flow of cold air was coming out of the main supply (they taped it when I brought to their attention), insulation on the refrigerant line outside wasn't replaced, and they didn't replace the condensate pump drain line as I requested (and then said the 17\-yr old tubing would last forever; maybe but that's not what they told me when I asked them to do it). Nothing major, overall I'm still very satisfied.
