SM Mechanical Services did a superb job both in the initial planning and execution of the project. The design was simplified by seeing how to run refrigerant lines under the second floor exterior overhang. The work was done at a temperature of 98 degrees which was about 110 in the attic. This was sweltering and they did a good job during the week. Kudos to the work crew. A mini-split AC with wall units on the first floor and an air handler in the attic with ducts to 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. They were always friendly and respectful of our property. The price was below what we had expected and found from the other proposals. We highly recommend them for AC and heating work.
